Episode starts with Kusum getting shocked seeing Neel’s engagement. Preeti goes towards her while she demands for an answer. Neelima ask Sneha to take Neel and Shikha away but Kusum stops them asking them to tell about the matter. She looks at Neelima and reminds her about the promise to get Priyanka and Neel married to eachother. She taunts them for their fake promises. She told the truth in front of everyone that Neel loves her daughter so she is his to be mother-in-law and that is why she have right to know about the matter. To which Shikha’s father shouts at her asking to be quite.
Neelima looks at KT and ask him to do something before Kusum can damage their image. KT tries to make Kusum understand saying that Neel does not love Priyanka while she looks at him. Neel admits that he does not have feelings for Priyanka while Kusum reminds him that how he have asked for Priyanka’s hand. She says that she had already warned him that it’s hard to stand for his love and says that now he can’t backoff.
She goes to Preeti and ask how she can see all this? She ask her that does she know about the engagement? To which Preeti tries to put forward her point of view but Kusum did not listen to her and accuses her for betraying their friendship. She breaks all the ties with Preeti making her stunned. Kusum leaves from there while Preeti gets frozen to her place with teary eyes.
Kusum goes to her house and breaks the photoframe of Preeti, KT and her’s. Sumedh, Juhi and Priyanka comes out and gets shocked seeing it. She looks at Priyanka and apologised to her for not giving her happiness. She told her about Neel’s engagement while Priyanka’s eyes fills with tears. Sumedh holds Kusum giving her support and makes her sit while Priyanka kneels down in front of her trying to calm her. She assures Kusum not to worry as she will focus on her career from now on. She says that she does not need any fake love in her life while Kusum wipes her tears stating that Preeti is responsible for Priyanka’s pain and curses her.
Mr. Maheshwari gives 40crores check to Neelima but says that he will sign it only after Neel and Shikha’s marriage. Sneha, Sushant and Shivraj looks at him. Neelima gets shocked and reminds him about his promise, To which he says that after all the chaos Kusum and Preeti have created, He does not trust them and so will sign the check only after the marriage while Neelima gets angry at Kusum.
On the other side Preeti cries sitting on the sofa remembering all the hurtful words of Kusum. KT comes there and says that he can’t see Preeti in pain while she ask him to leave her alone. She lays down and keep crying silently while KT goes out “Jo Bheji This Dua plays”. Neel also gets sad and comes towards KT’s room. KT shares his pain with Neel and says that he is feeling useless at this time. He told Neel that Preeti got to know about the truth of his feelings while gets worried. KT says that she do not have anyone to share her pain as Kusum have also broken her ties with Preeti.
Kusum keeps condition in front of Juhi asking her to choose in between Preeti and her. Juhi gets shocked and kneels down in front of Kusum. She says with broken voice that Preeti have always taught her to be on the side of Kusum so she will choose her only while Kusum looks on with straight face.
At that time KT comes there and tries to make Kusum understand. He sits in front of her telling that Preeti isn’t at fault. He states that Preeti is going through a rough time due to him and ask her to be with Preeti as she needs her. His eyes gets filled with tears while Kusum ask him to video call Preeti. He does so and Kusum talks to Preeti. She taunts her for behaving like a rich woman. She says that her plan won’t work as she will not get convince even after KT’s request. She curses Preeti making her shatter while KT gets shocked.
