The episode starts with Trilochan mistaking that Bondita is trying to shut Anirudh from speaking against him and praises her. He leaves saying that he would pray for her exams. Anirudh gives the napkins to Bondita and asks her to say if she has any inconvenience. Devoleena taunts Sampoorna for sacrificing them to protect herself. She is angry over Sampoorna but Sampoorna says that she’s still the same. She says that Sumati is her trump card and asks them to cover her.
In the meantime she will protect them and will make sure to destroy Trilochan and Roy Chaudhary. Anirudh and Bondita are about to leave and Anirudh gives tips to Bondita about exams. Trilochan furiously closes the door and says that Bondita will not go out to give exams. He says her menstruation period is on going and she can’t step out of the house. Sampoorna smirks seeing it. She recalls letting Trilochan know about Bondita’s period in the pretext of praying to God.
Trilochan says its a sin for Bondita to go out and asks Bondita to get in as she’s no more a child. Bondita is about to go but Anirudh stops her. He says that it’s not wrong for Bondita to go out as its a natural event happening to every woman in the world. He explains him about how important it is for Bondita to break the norms so that it would be an example for other women in the society.
On the other hand, Devoleena informs everyone about Bondita’s periods and how Roy Chaudharys are breaking the norms of the society. Everyone gets shocked hearing it. Anirudh asks Bondita if she wants to go out and be an inspiration for other women. He says everyone may ill treat her outside and will blame her. He asks if she’s ready for the fight. Bondita thinks and says that she’s ready to face the society.
Anirudh extends his hand and Bondita holds it. They both with the help of God’s blessings starts moving out. Trilochan stands helpless while Sampoorna gets angry. Anirudh and Bondita walks on the street and finds everyone looking disgusted at Bondita. They call it a sin ro go near her. Bondita gets sad hearing it. Anirudh asks if she feels uncomfortable or afraid then they can go back to home but Bondita says she’s ready to face it.
Anirudh steps back and Bondita follows him. They both move away with their head held high up. People protest in front of the mansion, badmouthing them and their culture. Trilochan gets furious while Sampoorna says she has a plan. She explains something to him and Trilochan says that they can do this and Bondita will definitely listen to him. Sampoorna smirks.
Anirudh is explaining Bondita about her tests. Bondita sees temple on the way and wishes to take blessings of God. Anirudh asks her to go. Bondita is about to step into the temple but Devoleena stops her. She calls her a sinner and shameless for stepping into temple during periods. Bondita asks being a woman how could she behave this way. She says it’s not a sin but a blessing by God and she’s there to thank God for it.
Devoleena creates a scene and everyone looks angrily at Bondita. She says Kali maa will get angry at them due to Bondita. But Bondita says its not because of her but because of Devoleena’s drama. She shows her the sign to maintain peace. Bondita says she would get blessings even if she don’t go in. Bondita prays from footsteps and Anirudh joins her proudly.
