Episode starts with Preeti getting down from the bus and stares at KT while he also looks at her. He holds his ear and starts doing sit-ups on the roof of the bus. He joins his palm and bend on his knees apologising to her while passengers adores his efforts. Preeti moves away from there while he gets sad. She climbs her bus and stands on the top of it making him surprised.
She moves towards him while he signals her that he loves her (Mantras plays in the background) She goes near him while he helps her to get onto his bus. They both shares an eyelock while people hoots and cheers for them. They records their video while flower petals fall upon KT and Preeti. KT bends on his knees and starts singing “Tujhme Rab Dikhta Hai” while Preeti stares at him lovingly. She gets overwhelmed and hugs him tightly.

KT gets up and confesses his love for Preeti while she happily receprocate to him. She wipes his tears and both smiles.
KT and Preeti walks together holding eachother and Preeti gets surprised seeing the wedding car. KT smiles replying that he was innhurry while coming here and so have took this car. Preeti laughs at him while he says that he is all hers. They both sits in the car and goes away “Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi plays’
KT reaches home along with Preeti and handovers the check to Shivraj. Shivraj sees the money check and gets emotional. He proudly praises KT while Sushant smiles. KT states that nothing could be possible without Preeti while she looks on. KT ask about Neelima, To which Shivraj told that he already informed her about their arrival but she is still upset with them and is sitting on the lawn with her friends. KT nods stating that he will talk to her.
On the other side Neelima’s friend ask her that why she didn’t came on their daughter-in-law’s baby shower? They says that they assumed she was not comfortable to see it as her son KT never got privilege to be a father. Neelima gets angry and declares that soon Preeti will bless KT with a baby as she loves him dearly. Preeti hears their conversation and gets shocked.
Preeti was about to pass away from there when Neelima stops her and drags her in front of her friends. Preeti greets them while Neelima ask her to declare that she will soon give heir to KT. Preeti bends her head down while Neelima’s friends encourages her and leaves from there. Neelima gets teary eyes and requests Preeti to give KT his own child.
She states that Preeti can understand that how it feels to have their own child and keeps requesting her to bless KT with this happiness. She reminded Preeti about what all problems KT have faced in past and begs her to fill his life with joy. Preeti tries to make her understand but Neelima states that after sometime even Preeti can’t be able to become a mother and keeps requesting her to give heir to them.
At that time KT comes there and says that he is happy with Preeti and doesn’t want any child. He ask Neelima to talk about this matter with Neel and Priyanka while Neelima says that KT only relies on others for happiness. She tries to make Preeti understand and says that she will take appointment with doctor. She somehow convinces Preeti emotionally and goes from there while KT and Preeti looks at eachother.
Kusum comes there and congratulated Preeti and KT. They both gets happy seeing her while Kusum informs them that her daughter Aastha got admission in abroad for further studies. She declares that she can’t leave Aastha alone and that is why going along with her to abroad. Preeti gets shocked hearing it and stares at Kusum.
Precap:- Neelima and Preeti meets the doctor who suggests them for surrogacy but Neelima denies saying that Preeti will only conceive and will bless KT with his own child. On the other side a lady keeps the baby in KT’s arm forcefully and takes his picture while he gets shocked and ask her to take the baby back. Preeti looks at them while the lady reveals her face to KT.
