The episode starts with Akhila taking Parvathi to the meeting room where all are waiting for them. They all start reading the agreement papers. Parvathi is sitting lost in her thoughts. Arun brings her to the reality saying she hasn’t opened her file yet. Vanaja insults Parvathi saying she doesn’t know to read English. Arun asks Vanaja if she knows English. Aishwarya says there’s also a tamil version of the agreement in the file.
Parvathi says there’s no need. Akhila says everything is fine in the agreements and asks if they all can sign it. Clement gives his approval. Everyone signs the agreement. Lastly Parvathi’s turn comes. Parvathi remembers the goon’s words and hesitates to sign. Arun and Aishwarya ask her to sign the agreement. Parvathi refuses to sign shocking everyone. Aishwarya and Arun ask her why she doesn’t want to sign. Parvathi says she doesn’t want to become the brand ambassador again. Arun asks her why all of a sudden she took such a decision. Parvathi requests him not to ask her anything.
Akhila demands for an answer from Parvathi. The latter cries saying she can’t say the reason. Vanaja scolds Parvathi. Akhila asks Parvathi if she wants to show that she’s bigger than her by rejecting her offer. Parvathi cries saying nothing like that. Everyone keeps insisting Parvathi to give the reason for her refusal. Parvathi says she doesn’t have any reason to give. Akhila suggests proceeding with the project agreement signing. However Clement says Parvathi is the one who makes the beauty cream so they can’t proceed without her sign. They walk away.
Akhila angrily throws the file on the table. She says she never faced such humiliation in her business career before and blames Parvathi. She further says Parvathi is taking revenge on her because she had said that she’s not capable to do this project. Parvathi denies. Akhila says she’s lying. She’s hiding something from her and asks her to tell the truth. Parvathi remains quite. Akhila says she betrayed her. She asks Arun and Aishwarya if they learned their lesson. She scolds Parvathi before walking away.
Suddenly Parvathi falls on the chair losing consciousness. Adhi and Aishwarya call out Parvathi. Akhila comes back and looks at Parvathi worried. Akhila asks to call for the ambulance. They rush Parvathi to the hospital. Aishwarya asks Arun to inform Adhi. Arun phones Adhi and tells Parvathi has fainted and they took her to the hospital. He gives him hospital details.
Adhi reaches hospital. He asks Arun what happened in the office. Arun says Parvathi suddenly refused to sign the documents and tells him about everything that had happened in the office. Arun blames Akhila for Parvathi’s condition. Adhi says what nonsense he’s talking.
Mom will feel bad if she hears him. He phones Akhila. He asks her not to feel guilty and says he knows that she has spoken harshly with Parvathi in order to make her tell the truth. He further says Parvathi happily left the house and told she wanted to take her blessings before signing the agreement. He adds that something must’ve happened between, so he refused to sign. Akhila agrees with Adhi. The latter assures his mom that he will find out the truth. Akhila says she feels better after talking to him. She cuts the call.
Doctor informs that Parvathi has fainted due to high pressure. They all go to see Parvathi. Adhi asks where their dad is. Arun says he hasn’t come to the office. Sundaram says he left to the office in the car. Adhi takes them outside. Adhi says something has happened before the meeting. He checks Parvathi’s phone. He sees Purushotaman’s video. He understands that someone has blackmailed Parvathi not to sign the document by kidnapping their dad. Sunadaram asks Adhi to save Purushotaman in time. Adhi leaves from there.
Vanaja phones Nandhini. She informs her that Parvathi didn’t sign the agreement. She fainted and was admitted in the hospital. Nandhini gets happy hearing this. Vanaja asks her not to get happy so soon. Adhi saw the Purushotaman video in Parvathi’s mobile.
