Episode starts with Preeti taking care of a drunk Purti and makes her lay on the bed. KT looks at her and ask why she have chosen Purti to be their surrogate? He states that he doesn’t trust her while Preeti replies that she have seen the same thing which KT have seen in her while offering her to be the partner of Shaadi Mubarak.
KT states not to include herself as she was trustable but Purti isn’t. He ask what if Purti takes their child away from them? To which Preeti says that Purti will never do this. She remembers the flashback where Purti have told about how her father used to mistreat her. Preeti stays confident on her decision and tries to convince KT for it. She makes Purti drink water while Purti gets a little concious.
She eyes KT and then looks at Preeti thanking her for taking care of herself. She ask why Preeti fainted? And expresses how worried she got seeing Preeti in that condition! KT gets shocked learning about it and faces Preeti. He ask about the matter! To which Preeti says that she haven’t eaten anything since morning and that is why she fainted. She calms him down.
At that time Preeti receives a message and gets happy as Purti’s test reports came positive. She says that they will visit doctor the next day while Purti sleeps again being dizzy. KT agrees to accept Purti as their surrogate stating that he is only doing this because Purti helped Preeti when she fainted.
On the other side Neelima and Sneha discuss about going on walk with Preeti to keep her healthy during pregnancy. Neel along with Priyanka comes there. He says that he will apologize to Priyanka in front of everyone as she have asked for. Priyanka looks at him while he states to Neelima and Sneha that he wants to say something.
Sneha mocks him to be Priyanka’s puppet while Neelima laughs. Priyanka gets furious and replies to them for being superstitious and narrow minded people. Neelima shouts at Priyanka asking her to be silent while she was about to reply back when Neel hold his arm stopping her. She gazes him and tagged him to be coward. She goes inside being angry.
KT reaches Purti’s house while all the neighbours looks at him. They whispers that again police will come. Purti faces KT while he hesitate to start a conversation. He says that their first meeting was not so good and that is he didn’t trusted her. He ask the neighbours to leave while they scatters away.
He ask Purti to help him in finding the truth. He states that Preeti is trying to hide something from him and requests Purti to help him in finding about it. She agrees to help him for Preeti and ask him what she have to do? To which KT tells him something, She smiles and nods positively.
Preeti receives doctor’s call who asked her to start her cancer treatment. She advice Preeti to inform her family specially her husband about it while Preeti remembers the moment with KT. She gets the flashback where KT have taken her on a surprise date and asked for a lifetime companion. She gets teary eyes and states that she can’t tell the truth to KT as he will get broken. She determines herself to fight against cancer as she can’t leave her KT while doctor nods understanding her.
KT prays to god’s idol for Preeti and ask him to protect her. While Preeti prays to god for Purti and says that the baby is really precious for KT and her.
Preeti goes to hospital along with KT and Purti. Neelima also visits hospital to take some secret files. She gets a call and says that she will soon get the file and their secret will remain safe. She moves and bribes the peon asking for the file. He goes to get it while she waits in the corridor.
Purti gets scared and tries to run away while Preeti drags her aside and tries to make her understand. KT hides behind to hear their conversation. Purti ask why Preeti is in so hurry to get the child? To which Preeti states that she don’t have time. At that moment KT’s phone starts ringing. Preeti caught him and looks on.
Precap:- Purti tries to call Preeti but she doesn’t receives her call being busy in temple. Purti doubts Preeti and KT’s intention and goes to stay with them while Tibrewal’s looks at her being confused. Preeti and KT gets shocked seeing Purti entering their house.
