The episode starts with Anjali asking Saniya why she hasn’t given her the tea. Saniya tells Anjali that Gini said she would give the tea, so she gave Anjali’s tea to Gini. Raghav comes and asks Anjali what happened. Anjali tells Raghav that something has been mixed in the tea and says, “Pradeep, Stepney found this injection outside my window, and it smells like tea.”
Anjali calls Pankaj and tells her that she will send an injection and asks her to test what is in it. Abhay asks Anjali what the use is, as the person who gave her the tea is gone. Anjali looks for Gini. She learns from her neighbours that Gini has left the basti.
Raghav tells Anjali that, based on what he knows, he suspects there is poison in the tea meant to kill her. Anjali can’t believe it.
Anjali, Pankaj, Padma, and Ved go to the government hospital. They meet Deepak and ask him for a stretcher. Deepak says there is no stretcher available. Pankaj begs him to provide one and says a patient needs to be admitted immediately. Deepak agrees but tells Pankaj that the patient will be admitted only if they give him ₹1000. Pankaj agrees and adds that the patient needs a pacemaker. Deepak says he can arrange a pacemaker as well. He further reveals that they remove pacemakers from dead bodies, freeze them, and resell them. Anjali lashes out at Deepak for selling pacemakers taken from dead bodies and slaps him. Deepak asks who she is, and Ved replies that she is Advocate Anjali Awasthi. Later, Pankaj asks Deepak to show them where the medicines are.
Anjali and the others go to the medical counter but find that there is no stock of medicines. Anjali learns from Deepak that all the medicines that come to the government hospital are sold outside. A nurse brings a batch of medicines, and Anjali and the others catch her. However, Deepak and the nurse manage to escape. Ved checks the medicines and tells Anjali that they are fake. He also says that Dharamraj is running a fake medicine business.
Anjali calls Dharamraj and criticises him for corruption in the government hospital. She says that all of this will be shown in the news and on social media the next day. Dharamraj tries to strike a deal by offering her 50% of the profits, but Anjali refuses. Dharamraj then threatens to kill her. Anjali responds that his statement has been recorded and says he has been cornered.
Gini takes the phone from Dharamraj and tells Anjali to do whatever she wants, adding that she won’t be able to do anything. Anjali responds by saying she has sent the injection for testing, and once the forensic report arrives, no one will be able to save her. She also says that the hospital corruption will be headline news the next day. Gini cuts the call and tells Dharamraj to meet Vinayak, saying that Anjali will approach him to publish the news about the hospital. Dharamraj agrees.
Anjali and the others then see that a patient has died due to fake medicine at the government hospital. Anjali catches the nurse and takes the fake medicine bottle.
Ganesh calls Padma and tells her that they have to bring food from outside because the gas in the house is finished. Padma agrees and informs Anjali. Anjali calls Ganesh and learns that they cannot book gas because Gupta, the gas dealer, is Dharamraj’s henchman.
