In today’s episode, Pari asks Rahi to check the sari. Rahi says it is beautiful but asks for whom it is. Pari tells her it is for Anupama’s birthday. She asks Rahi if she forgot Anupama’s birthday. Rahi says no and shows the handmade card she made for Anupama. She tells Pari that Prem is also planning a surprise for Anupama. Pari says that amid the tension, they will not forget to celebrate Anupama’s birthday. Rahi agrees.
Anupama dreams of Anuj wishing her happy birthday. She confesses her love for Anuj and wishes him in her dream. Anupama remembers her moments with Anuj. She then learns that Ansh took Prarthana to the hospital and runs there.
Ansh breaks down on seeing Anupama. Anupama asks Ansh why he is worried when he knew that this day was going to come. Ansh tells her he was helpless seeing Prarthana in pain. Anupama says she likes that Ansh and Prarthana feel each other’s pain. The doctor tells them that Prarthana has given birth to a baby girl. Parag, Khyati, Ansh, Rahi, and Pari shout on hearing the good news. The doctor asks them not to shout. Rahi, Prem, Ansh, Vasundhara, Khyati, and Parag celebrate. Rahi notices that Prarthana’s baby was born on Anupama’s birthday. Everyone feels happy. Anupama wishes Vasundhara and takes her blessings on her birthday. She says that on this day she will take her blessings and will also wish Prarthana’s baby. Vasundhara taunts Anupama, saying that despite sharing the same date, the baby should not have the same fate as Anupama. Anupama is stunned.
Anupama prays to God to take care of Prarthana and her baby. She asks God to write a good fate in the baby’s life. Anupama congratulates Prarthana for her second birth. Prarthana says that the baby has taken birth. Anupama says that with the baby, a mother has also taken a new birth. Vasundhara and Khyati share what they felt after holding their babies for the first time. Vasundhara talks about holding the baby first. Anupama says only Prarthana and Ansh have the right to take the baby in their arms.
Anupama accidentally takes the baby first. She says the baby will have her own fate. Anupama asks Prarthana and Ansh to take the baby. Gautam gets teary seeing his baby. Mahi asks Gautam not to go, saying no one will let him meet the baby. Anupama sees Gautam and asks Ansh to give the baby to him. Ansh asks Gautam to meet the baby. The baby cries in Gautam’s arms. Vasundhara taunts that the baby already knows who her father is. Prem and Rahi take the baby.
Vasundhara asks Anupama to make Rahi understand and start a family. She says Prem is attached to Prarthana’s baby and asks Anupama to think about what will happen when Prem has his own baby. Vasundhara asks Anupama to question Rahi about what she will gain by studying. Anupama says Vasundhara is right, but they cannot force Rahi and Prem to start a family. Episode ends.

Our Take:
Anupama and the Kotharis will have a clash if Prarthana’s role is not ending. It may be Anupama’s dream that Prarthana is falling down with the baby, but if it is reality, it may be time for Ansh to blame Anupama. Gautam may succeed in separating the baby and Prarthana. Will Anupama save Prarthana at the right time?
