The episode begins with Rani drive’s the car thinking Veer, Kiara is not in the state to drive. Pinku pours water on Dikvijay’s face and comes out of the room to call his sister. He hears some voice and thinks to seek help from that person but shocks seeing Jay with Champa. Champa tells Jay to close the door but he says no one is in the house so no need of it. They shocks seeing Pinku there. Pinku runs from there. Rani reaches the house with Veer and Kiara. Pinku tries to tell his sister about Jay and Champa but Rani stops him saying she doesn’t have time to listen him and moves towards Dikvijay with Veer. Veer shocks seeing Dikvijay in that state but due to drunken state he is not able to treat his father and gives instructions to Rani.
Vikram asks why Rajmata seems tensed. She says she is feeling good. He tells her to not think about Padmini’s words. She says she didn’t talked to Dikvijay about Rajeshwari and asks did he talk to him. He says he didn’t talk to her. She says he is not picking the call also and by mistake drops the pooja plate and feels restless. Rani tries to wake the unconscious Veer. She checks Dikvijay’s heart beat and shocks realizing that he is not breathing. She pours water on Veer’s face and informs him about Dikvijay’s current condition. He tells her to do CPR to Dikvijay.
Padmini reaches the house and hears Rani’s voice. Rani treats Dikvijay. Padmini gets worried seeing Dikvijay and asks Veer that what happened to him. Rani tells her everything and continues the treatment. Padmini calls Doctor. Dikvijay regains his consciousness. Rani and others feels relieved. Rajmata comes there with Vikram and asks what happened to Dikvijay. Padmini tells her about Dikvijay’s heart attack. Rajmata tells Vikram to take Veer with him. Pinku waits for Rani. Jay reaches servant quarters and searches Pinku.
Pinku gets caught by Jay and pleads him to leave him. Jay says seems he is afraid of something and says he was playing hide and seek alone so he came to join him. He says its such a boring game, he doesn’t likes it so let’s play new game and takes out the knife from his pocket. Pinku shocks seeing that. Jay pushes him on bed. Pinku pleads him to leave him. Jay tells him to not shout and asks why he run away from there and asks what he saw there.
Vikram gives lemonade to Veer and says he is disappointed with his behaviour. Veer regains his consciousness. Rajmata tells Nanthini to not worry about Dikvijay. Doctor says now Dikvijay is better. When Rajmata thanked him , he tells her to thank the person who did CPR on time and leaves from there. Veer apologize to Dikvijay saying he could not do anything when he needed him the most. Dikvijay tells him to not blame himself. Padmini thanks Kiara for saving Dikvijay and thinks she won’t let Rani take the credit of saving Dikvijay and smirks. Rani shocks seeing that.
