The episode starts with Anand discussing about his business suggestions with Bhairavi and Mehul. Bhairavi says if he is sure about it as it may be risky however Anand says that he had applied the method in US company and it worked well. Bhairavi says she has called Anandi too. Anandi is preparing for the event. Staff informs Bhairavi about Anandi coming. Anandi gets surprised seeing Anand. She asks why he didn’t inform her before. Anand doesn’t react to her words. She forwards her hand for their friendship gesture but Anand doesn’t reciprocate.
Anand asks Anandi about exhibition preparation. She says its almost done only beverages are yet to come. She says everyone has worked really hard and now he is also here so event will surely be successful. Anandi asks him what has happened to him and why is he behaving like this, she kept trying to contact him for last three years but he didn’t receive her calls. She says they were friends. Anand says exactly they were friends but are no more. Anandi gets shocked. Anand says about cancellation of event.
Anandi asks what is he saying. He says he will rebranding the whole company so it’s not feasible for them to come infront of media. Anandi says all the staffs had worked really hard. Anand says her boss is saying cancel so it. Anandi says she isn’t employee but partner in boutique. Anand says he has 60% shares but Anandi has only 40% shares so he is the boss. They have argument and Anand asks her to leave if she isnt interested in working with him. Anandi angrily leaves. Anandi takes out her frustration about Anand being so rude and canceling event infront of Sejal.
Sejal calms down Anandi and tells that Jigar is ready. Anandi says she will take Jigar to hospital and also drop at boutique for a while. At boutique Anand gives ultimatum of 10 days to all the workers. All get shocked and worry how will they survive without work. They think to talk to Anandi about this matter. Anandi comes there and asks them what’s happening. They tell her that Anand is closing the company. Anandi gets shocked. She goes to talk to Anand. Anand doesn’t respond to her. When he finally turns he gets shocked to see paralysed Jigar with Anandi.
Anandi and Anand get into argument again. Anand challenges Anandi with a big assignment but she accepts it. Doctor informs Anandi that Jigar is showing improvement. Later Sejal sees Jigar moving his hand and informs same to Anandi. Bhairavi comes and gets worried knowing Jigar is improving. Later Anandi and Anand get into their usual banters and Bhairavi thinks about their sparks again and gets worried. Anand’s friend from US comes to give him surprise. He introduces her to Bhairavi and episode ends with Anand praising his friend while Anandi looks on from aside.
