The episode begins with Ayush thanking Shalu for everything she has done for him. He tells her that if he is alive today, it is all because of her. Ayush recalls how, when he was struggling to breathe and everything went dark around him, he suddenly saw her and took her name—at that moment, the darkness disappeared, and he was able to breathe again. He says that she brought him back to life. Shalu, after listening to him, decides to take her leave and walks away. Neelam asks Ayush to rest and leaves the room, followed by Karishma.
Neelam stops Karishma and says she wants to speak before Karishma says anything. She reminds Karishma that Ayush himself admitted that he is alive only because of Shalu. Neelam insists that Karishma should accept Shalu because she is Ayush’s life. Karishma, hearing this, counters by saying that, by the same logic, Neelam should also accept Lakshmi, as Rishi loves her deeply. Neelam dismisses this argument, stating that if Rishi truly loved Lakshmi, Malishka wouldn’t have gotten pregnant.
Neelam then points out how Ayush never got intimate with Anushka, even when Shalu wasn’t with him. Aanchal also expresses her concern, saying that she fears Ayush might leave Anushka for Shalu. Neelam warns Karishma that Aanchal’s fear will come true if she doesn’t accept Shalu. She then reassures Karishma, saying that once Ayush and Shalu get married, there will be arguments, and eventually, she will get her son back. Hearing this, Karishma finally agrees to accept Shalu.
The next day, Neelam announces that she has something important to share and asks everyone to gather.
Ayush comes downstairs and greets everyone. Lakshmi asks him why he came downstairs instead of resting. Ayush replies that he was feeling bored in his room. Lakshmi insists that he should go back and rest, to which Ayush jokingly responds.
Later, Ayush approaches Lakshmi and takes her blessings. Surprised, Lakshmi asks why he is doing so. Ayush tells her that he has every right to take her blessings since she is his sister-in-law. Lakshmi, confused by his behavior, questions him. Rishi then reveals that Ayush has learned that Lakshmi donated blood to save him. Overwhelmed with gratitude, Ayush thanks Lakshmi for saving his life and says he is truly blessed to have her. He then asks Lakshmi to promise that she will never leave him. Rishi assures him that Lakshmi isn’t going anywhere. Neelam, observing this, worries that Lakshmi will never leave if they continue to shower her with love. She then announces that she has something important to say.
Neelam turns to Ayush and tells him that they have realized how much he loves Shalu, so they have decided to get him married to her. However, to everyone’s surprise, Shalu firmly refuses to marry Ayush in front of the entire Oberoi family.
