The episode starts with Neelam asking Rishi if he is fine. Rishi says he is fine. Karishma asks why Lakshmi is behaving strangely. Rishi and Ayush try to take a photo frame from Lakshmi but she hits them. Malishka doubts Lakshmi’s behavior. Malishka takes the frame from Lakshmi and says how dare you to hit Rishi. Lakshmi asks what about you, you have tried to kill us both. Everyone gets shocked.
Sonal and Abhay worry for Malishka. Abhay asks Sonal to manage Kiran and tells her that he is going to support Malishka. Malishka questions Lakshmi about what’s she talking about and says she never even thinks to hurt Rishi. Lakshmi sees Rishi is hurt. She apologises to Rishi. She tears her saree and ties the cloth to Rishi’s hand. Lakshmi says Malishka hurt Rishi. Sonia asks Rishi to take Lakshmi to the hospital. Lakshmi feels scared. Rishi comforts her and takes Lakshmi to the hospital.
Rishi and Lakshmi meet the doctor. Rishi explains Lakshmi’s strange behaviour to Doctor. The doctor says she checked the reports and tells Rishi that due to lack of oxygen, Lakshmi’s brain cells are damaged and now she is like 6-7 years kid and she may have some fear related to fire in childhood so be careful. Bani overhears it.
Abhay calls Malishka and tells her that he is coming to support her. Malishka tells him that the situation is under control and asks him to not come. Abhay asks Malishka to be careful.
Bani goes to Shalu in tears and tells Ayush and Shalu that the Doctor said Lakshmi is mentally unstable. Shalu says she may heard wrong. Bani says no, Lakshmi di became mental. Rishi comes there with Lakshmi and asks Bani to not talk about Lakshmi in that way. He warns them to never say that word again. Shalu and Bani request Rishi to give their old Lakshmi back. Rishi assures them it will happen soon.
Karishma says she is not understanding Lakshmi’s behaviour. Sonia calls Lakshmi inauspicious. Dadi and Virendra scold Sonia. Virendra receives a call from Rishi. He attends the call and asks Rishi if Lakshmi is fine. Rishi says Lakshmi’s not fine as her brain is slightly damaged that’s why she is behaving like a kid. He says he will call him later and disconnects the call. Family members ask Virendra what happened. Virendra tells them that Lakshmi’s brain is damaged so she became like 6 years kid. Malishka overhears and feels happy. She comes to the hall and asks if Lakshmi is fine. Sonia tells her Lakshmi is mentally ill.
Shalu, Bani, and Ayush try to talk to Lakshmi. Lakshmi feels scared and hides behind Rishi. The doctor comes there and tells Rishi that they will start treatment for Lakshmi. Ayush asks the Doctor if Lakshmi will be fine. The doctor says they will tell after the treatment. Rishi asks what she means. The doctor says they are going to give shock treatment to Lakshmi. She asks them to decide if they want them to treat Lakshmi or not.
