The episode starts with Malishka asking Rishi to come with her to her place. Malishka assures Rishi that he will have no problem at her house. Rishi says to Malishka that he doesn’t want to trouble anyone and says to Malishka that he will go to his home. Shalu and Bani say to Rishi that they will also come and stay with him to take care of Lakshmi.
Kiran complaints about Malishka staying in Rishi’s home. Kiran comments on Malishka. Abhay asks Kiran why is she speaking like this and reminds Kiran that she was the one who supported Malishka at the beginning. Kiran says she supported as Malishka and Rishi are about to get married but she doesn’t have any hope as she is damn sure Rishi will never leave Lakshmi.
Karishma asks Rishi to listen to them and says they will take care of all the expenses for Lakshmi’s treatment. Rishi thanks Karishma for her concern and says he will never leave Lakshmi.
Abhay tries to convince Kiran that Malishka’s happiness is only with Rishi and says he just only wants Malishka to be happy no matter what the cost.
Neelam tries to convince Rishi to listen to him but Rishi stays adamant on his decision and says he will be with Lakshmi.
When Rishi and Lakshmi are about to leave the Oberoi mansion. Virendra stops Rishi and says he is going to stay here and Lakshmi’s treatment will be done here. Neelam asks Virendra if he is saying this. Virendra comments on Neelam and Rishi as they always forget about him in their argument. Virendra says to both of them how he feels and says he can’t allow Rishi to leave this house. Harleen also supports Virendra in his decision. Virendra announces to his family that everyone should act as if Lakshmi is normal.
Sonia comes to Malishka and asks Malishka what was she thinking as she invited Rishi and Lakshmi to her home. Malishka says if Rishi and Lakshmi came to her house then she has a chance to make Rishi be with her. Sonia says but now her plan failed. Sonia asks Malishka to do something so that she can become her Bhabhi. Maliska agrees.
Rishi and Lakshmi come to their room. Rano praises Rishi as he is not leaving Lakshmi in this state. Rishi says Lakshmi is the reason for his existence and says he will not Lakshmi. Lakshmi gets scared seeing all of them and asks all of them to leave. Lakshmi’s sisters try to get close to Lakshmi but Lakshmi gets scared of them so Rishi asks all of them to leave. Lakshmi says to Rishi that she is feeling hungry. Rishi agrees. Rishi calls Mukesh and asks Mukesh to bring lunch to his room as Lakshmi if feeling hungry. Lakshmi praises Rishi saying he is smart. Lakshmi while jumping around collides her head to Rishi.
Karishma asks Rishi who is he taking this food. Mukesh says he is taking this food for Lakshmi and leaves from there. Karishma thinks Lakshmi should do Karwa Chauth as she is married to Rishi even if she is mentally ill.
Ayush asks Shalu and Bani why are they down. Shalu and Bani say to Ayush that they have no hope that Lakshmi will get better. Ayush encourages them to think positive.
Lakshmi says to Rishi that they need to collide their heads again if not a black dog will bite them. Rishi says he knows. Lakshmi asks Rishi who told him. Rishi says it’s her. Lakshmi asks Rishi when did she tell him. Rishi teases Lakshmi for a while and says she said it right now.
