The episode starts with Malishka asking Balwinder to know his place and says if she stops giving him money then he will be on the street again. Balwinder says he will be more rich than her one day. Balwinder asks Malishka what is the work. Malishka asks Balwinder to say a final goodbye to Lakshmi. Balwinder asks Malishka what does she mean. Malishka says to Balwinder that he needs to send Lakshmi to a place when Rishi can never reach. Balwinder asks Malishka where is that. Malishka cuts the call as she overhears someone coming towards her.
Karishma comes to Malishka and asks Malishka if she has talked to Rishi. Malishka says she has already talked to Rishi about it and he said that he will also concentrate on his work. Karishma feels relieved hearing this. Karishma hopes that Rishi will accept the fact that Lakshmi will get better soon.
At the dining table, Harleen asks Neelam if Virendra will come before her birthday. Neelam says to Harleen that Virendra said that he would be here before her birthday. Malishka says to Neelam that she will prepare for her birthday and make sure it is memorable. Neelam agrees.
Ayush comes to Rishi and asks Rishi about what happened. Rishi says to Ayush what happened. Ayush doesn’t understand if the doctor is an honest one or a complete fraud. Rishi says he is a fraud. Ayush says to Rishi that doctor might be scared of something and that’s why he is doing this. Ayush says to Rishi that this might be doing of the woman who tried to kill Lakshmi in the hospital last time. Ayush later asks Rishi to leave it and asks Rishi to come and eat food.
Rishi joins everyone at the dining table. Malishka pleads with Rishi to eat the food and says anyone will not eat food until he eats the food. Rishi eats a single spoon and asks his family to eat the food. Rishi later recalls about Lakshmi. Rishi says to his family that he doesn’t know if Lakshmi has eaten anything or not. Rishi says he can’t eat anything thinking about it. Rishi leaves the dining table without eating anything.
Lakshmi feels lonely at the mental asylum. A snake comes into Lakshmi’s room.
Ayush comes to Rishi and tries to comfort him. Ayush says to Rishi that he will only be able to make a plan if eats food properly. Rishi comments on it. Rishi says he will get Lakshmi out of the mental asylum tomorrow no matter what.
Ayush gets a call from Shalu. Shalu complaints to Ayush about Lakshmi. Ayush also says to Shalu how helpless they are as they couldn’t get Lakshmi out of the mental asylum. Ayush says to Shalu that they should Lakshmi out of the mental asylum no matter what. Shalu agrees.
Lakshmi sees a snake and gets scared seeing the snake. Malishka comes to Balwinder and tells him what he has to do. Balwinder praises Malishka’s idea.
Malishka later returns home and confides with Sonal about her plan.
Rishi thinks he needs to trap the doctor to get Lakshmi out of the mental asylum.
