The episode starts with Malishka calling Rishi but Rishi doesn’t respond to Malishka at first but he later responds to Malishka. Rishi asks Malishka to take care of Neelam. Malishka asks Rishi what is he speaking about. Harleen and Neelam take the phone from Malishka and try to talk to Rishi. Neelam asks Rishi if Virendra is fine. Rishi stays silent. Ayush takes the phone from Rishi. Ayush talks with Neelam over the phone. Ayush asks Neelam to stay strong. Ayush reveals to Neelam that Virendra and Lakshmi got into an accident. Neelam asks Ayush about Virendra. Ayush says Virendra got hurt and he is admitted in the hospital. Ayush reveals to Neelam that Virendra has fallen off the cliff. Neelam gets devastated hearing this.
Malishka takes the phone and asks Ayush what did he say to Neelam. Ayush says Virendra and Lakshmi got into an accident.
Malishka reveals to Oberoi family about Virendra and Lakshmi getting into an accident. Neelam thinks Virendra never got into this kind of serious accident. Harleen and Karishma ask Neelam to stay strong. Harleen and Karishma take Neelam to the hospital. Kiran says to Malishka that whatever happened is wrong.
Ayush calls Shalu and reveals to Shalu that Virendra and Lakshmi got into an accident. Shalu and Bani leave to the hospital hearing this.
Rishi thinks when will the doctors come out and say that Virendra is out of danger. The Oberoi family come to the hospital.
Neelam reminds Rishi that he promised to her that he will bring back Lakshmi and Virendra safe and sound. Neelam asks Rishi how could he allow the accident to happen. Harleen asks Rishi and Ayush about Virendra’s condition. Ayush says the doctors are doing operation to Virendra. Neelam worries about Virendra.
The doctor comes out of Lakshmi’s room. Rishi and Ayush ask the doctor about Lakshmi’s condition. The doctor says that Lakshmi is completely fine and she just lost consciousness. Rishi and Ayush thank the doctor.
Harleen learns from Rishi and Ayush that Lakshmi is safe. Malishka thinks even if Lakshmi survives she will not come in between Rishi and Malishka.
Neelam worries about Virendra. The doctor comes out of operation theatre. The Oberoi family question the doctor about Virendra’s condition. The doctor reveals to Oberoi family that Virendra got a really big injury on his head and they are trying their best to save Virendra. The doctor reveals that if Virendra doesn’t regain consciousness in a few hours then Virendra might be brain dead or he might go into a coma.
Lakshmi regains consciousness. Lakshmi is shown to have become mentally stable. Lakshmi asks the nurse about Virendra. The nurse says Virendra is getting treated and asks her not to worry. Lakshmi tries to go towards Virendra. Lakshmi feels dizzy due to the medicine. The nurse ask Lakshmi to take rest until the medicine wears off. The nurse also reveals that Virendra is shifted to ICU and she can’t meet him there.
Neelam asks The doctor to save Virendra no matter what. The doctor says they are giving him the best treatment. Abhay asks the doctor if he should call doctors from US. The doctor says they are giving their best treatment and it is their wish if they want to call another doctor. Neelam asks the doctor if they could meet Virendra. The doctor says they can meet Virendra after they shift him to ICU.
Neelam goes to Goddess and prays to Goddess for Virendra’s well being.
Shalu and Bani come and ask Ayush how did this happen. Karishma says it is because of Lakshmi and comments on her. Ayush asks Karishma to calm down and takes her away from there.
Malishka says to Abhay that even if Lakshmi regains consciousness the whole Oberoi family will blame her. Malishka also reminds how Karishma is blaming Lakshmi. Abhay says what Neelam thinks is important not Karishma.
Malishka asks Abhay not to worry and says she called someone who will change her spark into a fire. Sonia comes to the hospital. The nurse sees Virendra is regaining consciousness and decides to tell the doctor about it.
