The episode starts with Sonia hugging Rishi. Sonia asks Rishi what happened to Virendra. Rishi says Dictors are treating Virendra and Neelam and Everyone is praying to God for Virendra’s well being.
Malishka asks the nurse about Virendra’s condition. The nurse says Virendra is regaining consciousness and says she is going to tell the doctor. The nurse says Virendra might get better soon. Malishka says this is good news and she will inform her family. The nurse goes to inform the doctor.
Lakshmi pleads the nurse to take her to Virendra and she would like to meet him. The nurse agrees and takes Lakshmi to Virendra.
Malishka comes to Virendra and takes off the oxygen mask so that she can kill Virendra. The nurse brings Lakhsmi to Virendra’s room. Malishka hearing the footsteps coming towards the room. She puts back the oxygen mask and hides from the nurse and Lakshmi.
Malishka sees Lakshmi and thinks she can throw the blame at Lakshmi for what she has done just before and decides to do it again but the nurse hears a sound and she turns around so Malishka leaves from there.
Malishka comes and gives the good news to Oberoi family that Virendra has shown movement. Neelam and the rest of the Oberoi family go to Virendra.
Abhay asks Malishka if Virendra will survive. Malishka says neither will Virendra survive nor will Lakshmi.
The nurse is about to take Lakshmi out of the room. The Oberoi family come to Virendra. Nobody spots Lakshmi as everyone is distracted with Virendra. Shalu spots Lakshmi. Rishi hugs Lakshmi and feels relieved that she is fine.
The doctor checks Virendra and says to Oberoi family that Virendra hasn’t regained consciousness and he has gone into a coma. The Oberoi family ask the doctor that the nurse just said before that Virendra has shown movement. The doctor says Virendra might have shown movement in his unconscious state. The doctor leaves from there. Rishi leaves from there.
Malishka scolds the nurse for playing with their feelings. Malishka asks the nurse what happened here as within just a second recovering Virendra has gone into a coma. Malishka asks Lakshmi that she was here so she should have known what happened here. Lakshmi recalls about Malishka trying to kill her. Neelam recalls Malishka’s video about Lakshmi under the car.
Rano talks with Shalu over the phone and learns that Virendra and Lakshmi have gotten into an accident. Rano gets shocked with this news and decides to go to the hospital.
Rishi comes to God and complaints to God for giving them hope and taking it away. Ayush comforts Rishi. Neelam comes to Lakshmi and takes her away.
