The episode starts with Neelam asking Lakshmi what’s her name. Lakshmi says Lakshmi. Neelam says to Lakshmi that a sacred name like Lakshmi doesn’t suit her but instead, she should be called inauspicious. Lakshmi cries. Dadi feels bad for Lakshmi. Neelam says she remembered all the troubles she caused to them. Lakshmi tries to talk but Neelam stops her. Neelam blames Lakshmi for Virendra’s state. Rishi, Ayusg, and Lakshmi’s sister come there.
Sonia blames Lakshmi for Virendra slipping into a coma. Lakshmi says to Sonia that there is a limit for her to bear everything. Rishi and others spot the change in Lakshmi’s behaviour. Sonia asks Neelam to see how Lakshmi is acting like she is cured. She says Lakshmi is making them mad. Dadi asks Lakshmi if she is fine. Karishma and Dadi comment on Lakshmi. Shalu and Bani take Lakshmi’s side. Karishma asks them to shut up.
Rishi calls Lakshmi’s name. Lakshmi turns to Rishi and recalls how he stood by her in her tough times. She calls Rishi’s name with love. Rishi feels happy and hugs her. Malishka gets shocked. Dadi, Ayush, and Lakshmi’s sisters feel happy. Lakshmi thanks Rishi for supporting her in tough times. Rishi says he can do anything for his love.
Neelam breaks Rishi and Lakshmi’s hug. She questions Rishi how can he hug Lakshmi even after knowing she is responsible for Virendra’s state. Rishi says Lakshmi is innocent. Neelam and Karishma call Lakshmi inauspicious. Dadi tries to take Lakshmi’s side but Neelam shuts her.
Shalu and Bani ask Ayush to support Lakshmi. Neelam warns Ayush not to do it. Karishma asks Malishka to show the evidence. Malishka shows the video against Lakshmi. Neelam says Lakshmi failed Virendra’s car brakes. Bani and Shalu ask Malishka if she did this conspiracy to frame Lakshmi. Kiran asks Abhay to save Malishka. Lakshmi says she went under the car to take the doll. Ayush asks who can put the doll under the car. Malishka diverts the matter by blaming Lakshmi. Shalu and Bani defend Lakshmi. They ask Rishi to say something. Malishka asks Rishi to see the reality of Lakshmi.
The nurse suspects something wrong happened to Virendra when she went to inform the doctor about Virendra’s movement. Police come to the hospital with a mechanic. They say to the Oberoi family that they came to take Virendra’s statement. The inspector reveals to family that the Mechanic informed them that the brakes were tampered and it was an intentional murder attempt. Rishi says to Inspector that they will inform them when Virendra gains consciousness. The inspector agrees and leaves from there.
Lakshmi tries to tell everyone that she tried to save Virendra. Neelam comments on her. Malishka calls Lakshmi inauspicious and blames her for her parent’s death and Virendra’s state. Shalu warns Malishka to not cross her limits.
