The episode starts with Kannamma feeding to Lakshmi and Hema. Hema refused to eat food. Kannamma complaints that she didn’t eat food from morning. Hema shares with her that she is worrying about Venu. Kannamma assured to her that he is doing better now. Hema adds that her hand is paining. Kannamma tells her that they took her blood for test. That is why it’s paining. Kannamma asks the driver to drop them there. Hema says to her that dad asked him to drop her in home. Kannamma tells her that she wants to purchase some things. She gets down from car. She advises Kannamma to don’t trouble Mallika in home and study. Meanwhile, Hema notice a old woman faints down.
