The episode starts with Doctor saying to Karthik about Varanasi’s condition and he says to Karthik that his injury is small and he can get discharged tomorrow. Karthik recalls how he behaved with Deepa. Karthik thinks of why they were separated after the accident. Karthik recalls why Varanasi is here looking for Deepa. Karthik thinks if his parents and their children know that they are alive.
Deepa shares her grief with Doctor’s mother and Doctor. Doctor and Doctor’s mother encourage Deepa. Doctor’s mother says Mounitha might not have taken Karthik anywhere. Deepa says last time she was alone and now Durga is with her and says Mounitha couldn’t tackle them that’s why Mounitha hid him. Durga comes and says Karthik is really missing. Mounitha is also worried about him. Deepa says Mounitha is just acting. Durga says if Mounitha is really acting then one day then can find out. Durga says he might be lost in Sangareddy. Durga says he will go and find Karthik. Doctor’s mother also encourages Deepa.
Mounitha is worried that Karthik missing and talks to Karthik while looking at their photo. Mounitha says she couldn’t live without him and asks Karthik to come back soon. The staff members in the boutique gossip seeing Mounitha.
Durga says to the Doctor that their assumption is right and says Karthik went missing in Sangareddy and says we can find Karthik if we look for him there. Doctor sees that Deepa is acting like nothing has happened. Doctor asks Deepa what happened. Deepa says she is trying to control herself but says it is not possible. Deepa says she wants Karthik. Durga says Mounitha doesn’t know and says he will go and look for him in Sangareddy. Deepa says she can’t wait for him and says she will also come. Deepa runs into Karthik.
Deepa feels relieved seeing Karthik. Deepa asks Karthik what happened and how did he get injured. Karthik says someone threw a rock on someone and he became collateral. Deepa says to Karthik that he should be careful. Deepa asks Karthik to sit down and goes to bring water for him. Karthik feels apologetic with his rude behaviour towards Deepa. Deepa gives him water. Karthik asks Mounitha if she came here or if she is still looking for him in Sangareddy. Durga says Mounitha came with him last night. Karthik asks Deepa to come with him until the house. Deepa agrees.
Sourya recalls what happened and thinks to herself why doesn’t Mounitha want her to stay here and she decides to find out. Sourya feels guilty about hitting the wrong person yesterday.
Mounitha is shown to be talking with police about Karthik. Karthik takes the phone from Mounitha and says to the police that he has returned. Mounitha asks Karthik what happened and how he got injured. Mounitha blames Deepa and questions Deepa about how did Karthik get injured. Karthik asks Mounitha to leave Deepa. Karthik says to Mounitha that her anger is more on Deepa than her concern for him. Karthik asks Deepa to leave and take care of herself.
Mounitha asks Karthik why is he showing concern to Deepa. Karthik points out her behaviour and says this is what he is talking about. Mounitha says she was worried about him from last night. Durga comes and brings Mounitha’s hand bag. Karthik asks Mounitha why is her hand bag with Durga. Durga says Mounitha and him came together from Sangareddy. Mounitha asks when did they come together? Durga asks Mounitha then how did her hand bag is with him.

Precap – Durga questions Mounitha on why did she send thugs to kill Deepa and says she should have sent thugs to kill Karthik so that their line will be clear. Mounitha please Durga to leave. Karthik overhears everything that they talk about. Karthik sees Mounitha.
