Kannamma questions him Is he eat food on time? Doesn’t he take class to her she might eat on time then why is she not following it? Bharathi asks her who is she to do this to him? Kannamma clears with him that she is not doing this to him as his wife but a admin officer reasoning its her duty to take care of all people whom working in hospital.
