The episode starts with Appu asking Kalyan to tell her a valid reason why he didn’t answer her calls. Kalyan says he went to meet Anamika. He apologizes to Appu. Appu asks him what happened in his meeting with Anamika. Kalyan says Anamika became his friend. He says from today onwards he has 2 best friends I.e she and Anamika. Appu tells him they are not equal. She says Anamika became friends with you liking your poetry but I liked you for your real self. Kalyan agrees and calls her his best friend. They leave from there.
Indira calls Kanakam and invites them to Vara Lakshmi Vratham. Kanakam says their presence won’t be liked by Aparna. Indira says these meet-ups will help to resolve the differences so come and participate in the vratam. Kanakam agrees and disconnects the call. Kanakam tells Krishna Murthy that they can’t go to the function with empty hands. She tells him they need to take gold and saree. Krishna Murthy says he will arrange for the money.
Aparna enters the kitchen and says to Kavya that this house gave her shelter and the people of this house are treating her like a person. Aparna says to Kavya that she doesn’t like when Kavya stays in this house. Aparna says to Kavya that she will never win Raj’s heart. Kavya says she hopes that she will win her heart one day. Aparna says it won’t happen. Kavya says to Aparna that Raj might change her heart. Raj overhears it. Aparna says Raj will never hurt her. She asks Kavya to remember that she will not get Raj or her blessings in Varalakshmi Vratam. Aparna leaves. Kavya is about to go upstairs. Raj asks Kavya to do the Pooja and he will give her the result. Kavya asks Raj what will he give? Raj asks Kavya to wait and see. Raj leaves from there.
The next day, Indira asks Kavya to arrange everything before the puja starts. Kavya agrees. Dhanya Lakshmi serves Upma to Kalyan and other men. Kalyan refuses to eat upma but Dhanya Lakshmi makes him eat it.
Krishna Murthy gets the money. He gives money to Kanakam and asks her to attend the Vratham after buying a Saree and gold. Kanakam asks Appu to come with her wearing a saree. Appu refuses to wear a saree. Krishna Murthy asks Appu to accompany Kanakam to Duggirala’s house. Appu agrees for him.
Kavya readies Varalakshmi Devi without anyone’s help. Indira tells Kavya that she draped the saree to the goddess so beautifully and they never draped the saree perfectly like her. Swapna asks if she is mocking her. Indira says she just said Kavya did it perfectly. Aparna says they need to ready Prasadam. Kavya goes to see the Prasadam.
