The episode starts with Mahindra and Jagathi worried about the payment issue. The manager comes there. Jagathi asks the Manager if he checked whether everyone has gotten a salary or not? The manager says nobody has gotten a salary. Jagathi asks why it happened. The manager Naresh says Salary was not credited to the staff due to bank account issues. Jagathi asks why he didn’t tell them before. The manager lies that he didn’t notice the Bank message due to the work. Jagathi asks if he didn’t follow up due to work or because of his friendship with Shailendra. Naresh stands silent. Mahindra calls the Bank Manager but the call doesn’t get connected. Mahindra asks Jagathi to not worry and says he will solve the problem by going to the bank with the manager. Jagathi agrees.
Phandira comes to Jagathi’s cabin. He asks Mahindra to send Shailendra to the bank. Mahindra agrees. Phanidra asks Shailendra to solve the issue and he leaves for his work. Jagathi and Mahindra feel worried.
Rishi drives in the wrong way while thinking about Angel and Vasudhara’s request. Rishi stops the car before he collides with an auto. The auto driver scolds Rishi. Rishi apologizes to him. Vasudhara who is in the auto apologises to the Auto driver. She asks Rishi to sit beside and she drives his car.
The manager comes to Jagathi’s cabin and informs Jagathi that their college account was seized. Jagathi asks why it happened. The manager says the account got seized and we have to wait for 3 days to know the reason as these 3 days are holidays. They ask the manager to leave. Jagathi tells Mahindra that they have to pay salaries mortgaging her jewellery.
Boy informs Vasudhara that the Principal asked her to meet him. Rishi asks Pandiyan to go and check over the class. Pandiyan sees Rishi is upset and asks Rishi about it. Rishi says he is having a headache and leaves from there.
Vasudhara comes to the Principal. The Principal asks Vasudhara if the Mathematics syllabus has been completed. Vasudhara says it will be completed in a while. The Principal asks Vasudhara to take special classes if she has to and asks Vasudhara to discuss with Rishi about those classes. Vasudhara agrees.
Vasudhara comes to Rishi’s class and sees that he isn’t in the class. Vasudhara asks Pandiyan about it. Pandiyan says to Vasudhara about Rishi being upset and says Rishi is in his cabinet. Vasudhara leaves from there.
Rishi recalls what happened and thinks about how can he tell Angel about his intention without hurting her. Rishi thinks if it was someone else in Angel’s place then his reaction would be different. Vasudhara comes to Rishi and sees that he is disturbed. Vasudhara decides not to disturb him.
Rishi gets a call from the principal. Principal asks Rishi if Vasudhara met him. Rishi says no. The principal says to Rishi about the work he gave to Vasudhara. Rishi says he will go and meet Vasudhara.
Rishi comes to Vasudhara and questions Vasudhara why didn’t she meet him when Principal gave work to her? Vasudhara says to Rishi that she saw he was in a disturbed so she left without disturbing him. Rishi argues with Vasudhara again. Vasudhara says to Rishi that he might be taking out his anger on her for something else as this is just a simple thing. Rishi makes a comment on what Vasudhara said.
