Starbharat’s newly launched show Channa Mereya started with Ginni searching for her brother Goldie. Goldie begs the goon to leave him but the goon refuses. Ginni comes there and learns that Goldie bought money from the goon.
She makes a promise to the goon to repay it in a month and takes him home. Her mother gets disappointed at Goldie’s irresponsible behavior but Ginni assures her that everything will be normal.
Other side Aditya enters the final round of cooking competition in Canada but when he is asked to cook a dish under the theme of Family he recalls everything that happened to him in his childhood so he quits the show. He then returns India and drives his car fast in Amritsar not listening to his friend Armaan.
Aditya collides with Ginni’s scooter but leaves the place not checking up Ginni. Ginni plans for her father’s birth anniversary also tell her mother like every year this year also they will provide Kheer despite their financial condition.
Aditya meets his grandfather who takes him to the place where his father is announced as a winner. His father praises Surpreet which angers Aditya so he agrees to take part in the competition against his father.
They both gets into a tractor which is tied with one another. Aditya looks on with determination. Aditya defeats Amber in the competition. They both gets into an argument.
Supreet asks Aditya to take blessings from her but the latter lights up the poster which has her name in it then warns her not to act like his mother then leaves.
Ginni celebrates her father’s birth anniversary and talks to his photo frame. She imagines him blessing her also praising her. Aditya finds his late mother’s things in store room and recalls his memories with her.
He then determines to find a place which is his mother’s dream to built a hotel in his mother’s name. Ginni’s mother shares her worries about Ginni’s marriage to Bua Ji but the latter assures her Ginni will get married soon.
Aditya comes to Ginni’s dabba and tells that he want this place but the broker tells him that the owner wont give him the place at any cost.
Aditya decides to cook breakfast for the family but the family cook gets worried about Supreet which angers Aditya he makes the cook leave and start preparing food for everyone.
He tells Armaan that he wont let the people in the family get succeed on their plan to vanish his late mother’s memory. Other side Ginni seeks God’s help to find a way to get away from the hard times they are facing now. She also assures her mother that they will find a way.
Later Ginni shares her idea with her mother to earn money by providing food those who needed. She and her mother calls the people which the list is prepared by Ginni. Aditya receives a call from Ginni but he gets annoyed so he talks to her rudely and cuts the call.
Ginni and her mother visits the temple. Ginni becomes emotional recalling her memories with her father. She also determines to find her father’s recipe book after her mother told her about it. Aditya serves food to everyone in the family and tells them the reason behind him cooking.
Aditya and Amber gets into an argument when Aditya taunts Amber and Supreet. Amber gets angry at Aditya and decide to leave the breakfast table but Dada Ji stops him and tells the family which have food together will stay together.
Amber ends up insulting Aditya and his mother and leaves the place. Aditya gets furious so he hurts himself. He also asks Armaan to find a place where he can vent out his anger.
Ginni gets stuck in the middle of a narrow road. Aditya comes to that place and gets into an argument with her. They both gets stuck in the rain. Ginni gets surprised learning Aditya is the one who take part in the cooking competition and left it in a mid way.
She advices him. In the party Amber taunts Aditya by comparing him with his friend Armaan. Dada Ji makes an announcement that Aditya will be part of their family business and asks Amber to give all the responsibilities to Aditya as he is capable of handling the business shocking Amber and Supreet.
In the next week viewers will get to see that Aditya will say to Ginni that he want her dabba that’s the reason behind him giving her a cheque worth of ten lakh which will shock Ginni.
Aditya will take part in a wrestling competition where he will get beaten up by his opponent. Later Ginni will apply ointment on Aditya’s wound.
