The episode starts with Venba praying to God for Shanmugam. She asks God to save her dad. She gets shocked seeing Kavin in the temple. Kavin says he got to know about Shanmugam’s arrest through Sevandhi so he has come to see her. He tries to reassure her that everything will be fine. He then talks about Yazhini.
Venba worries if Yazhini told about them to his family to which he tells not yet. He gives Venba two options: one he will talk to Saradha regarding their love matter, the second option is to elope to London. They hide seeing Yazhini. The latter prays to God that Venba should forget Kavin else she will not hesitate to kill her.
Otherside Kavin tells to Venba she’s his life. He goes to get Venba’s one missing hearing. He waits till Yazhini walks away. Then he picks the hearing. He makes Venba wears the hearing. Venba checks if Yazhini has left. She gets ready to leave, but Kavin stops her asking for her decision. Venba says both his options are rejected. She asks him to think for a third opition and leaves. Kavin thinks that he has to tear his letter before Yazhini could read it. He leaves.
Sharadha and Kalai reach the Police station. She asks Shanmugam what happened. Shanmugam cries saying he hasn’t done any wrong deeds. Kalai tries to reassure him. Saradha tells the inspector that Shanmugam is innocent. The inspector says he got drug packets from his car. Saradha says he has been driving car since 25 years and he never faced any problem.
The inspector asks them to bring a lawyer and deal the matter in the court. Saradha repeats again Shanmugam is innocent. She then asks Shanmugam what happened. Shanmugam tells about the lady who posed as a pregnant woman. Saradha tells that someone trapped her husband. Kalai asks if he knows that lady to which Shanmugam says no. He cries.
Saradha asks him not to cry. She says she will not leave the person who is behind this. The inspector asks Saradha to bring evidence and prove his innocence in the court. The inspector orders the constable to put handcuffs in Shanmugam’s hand who cries repeating he’s not a criminal. Police takes Shanmugam to the court. Saradha cries. Kalai tries to console her. She wonders what to do and how to save him. She starts coughing hardly. Kalai goes to get water for her.
Mallika comes there. She gives water bottle to Saradha. The latter angrily throws the bottle away. Kalai gives water to Saradha. Mallika taunts Saradha. She tells she had put her husband inside the bar. Saradha asks what she will get putting her innocent husband inside the bar. Mallika says she wants to see her in pain. They have an heated discussion. Saradha challenges to save Shanmugam.
