Episode begins with Meher goes out to bring medicine for Sarab. Karan starts to cry and Sarab could not able to console him. Param says Sarab is in pain already so he will handle Karan. He tells Karan to not cry.
Sarab tries to get up but Param stops him saying he will bring milk bottle of Karan. And gives it to Karan so he stops crying. Param says he can take care of Sarab and Karan. Sarab smiles hearing him.Doctor checks Gulwant and says her condition is not good. Amrita tells Doctor that Gulwant didn’t ate anything since yesterday.
Doctor tells her to give food to Gulwant and leaves from there. Amrita tells Gulwant to eat something. Gulwant says until she finds Meher she won’t eat anything. Amrita says if she stays without eating anything that’s not mean Meher will return. Gulwant says Amrita is right so she has to do something because she can’t stay silent when her daughter is missing.
Meher brings traditional medicine for Sarab and tells Param to play with Karan. She tells Sarab to remove his kurta. He tells her to apply without removing it. He recalls the fight he had with those goons and hesitate to remove his kurta. She removes his kurta and notices his injuries and asks how it happened.
He tells her everything from hiding his identity to earn money to beating those goons to protect his money. She cries and says he is tolerating a lot because of them. He says they are most important people for him so she should not say like this. She applies medicine on him. He says he is feeling relaxed now and flirts with her. She tells him to stay silent.
Gulwant tells her neighborhood people that if anyone finds out about Meher then she will give money to that person. Gulwant’s sons goes out to search Meher. Gulwant notices that and says now everyone will search her daughter for money. Aditi asks Servant that who changed the menu. Servant says Harleen told him to prepare this.Param asks what Meher made for lunch. Param shocks seeing only one dish to eat.
Meher and Sarab praises the dish saying it’s a healthy dish and tells Param to eat. Param says they have very less food then how can they all eat. Meher, Sarab says they already ate so now just Param left to eat. Param says they said they didn’t eat anything. Sarab says he was hungry so ate already. Meher cries seeing their condition. Sarab signals her to not cry.
Aditi taunts Sarab’s secretary and tells him to change the NGO in her mother’s name removing Sarab’s mother’s name. She gives cheque to him. Harleen gives another cheque to him and says within a day no one can snatch Sarab’s image in this society. Harleen tells Vikram that they are in similar situation now so they needs to support each other in this difficult situation because he wants Karan and she needs to find about Sarab. He agrees to help her.
Those kids puts rats in Meher’s house. Param, Meher gets afraid seeing those rats. Sarab tells them to not fear about rats saying they won’t harm them. Meher realises that someone put those rats deliberately in their house.
