Episode begins with Sarab and Harleen goes to the hospital to meet Aditi to tell the truth to her. Aditi comes there and says he betrayed her. He gets confused hearing her and asks what happened to her and says let’s talk calmly. She asks what else they have to talk now.
When Harleen tried to talk to her, Aditi pushes her hand and tells her to not touch her. She blames them saying they snatched her happiness and struggles to breathe. They gets worried for her. She asks them that why they hided this much big truth from her. They realises that Aditi knew the truth already.
Patak laughs and recalls how he sent Karan’s DNA test report to Aditi and says Sarab can’t even imagine what he can do with him and plans to break his family. Aditi says she doesn’t know her family is her enemies that they won’t let her live peacefully and says till now they acted in front of her like they cared about her but that’s not true. She says they won’t live happily after destroying her happiness.
Doctor tells Aditi that operation theatre is ready and Aditi leaves from there. Meher calls Sarab and asks did he talked with Aditi and tells him to stay with her only because they knows how she reacted when she got to know about divorce matter. He says Aditi knows the truth before he tells her and she is angry on them right now. She blames herself for everything. He says when he will explain her full matter she will understand so Meher should not blame herself and disconnects the call.
Meher’s inner voice blames her for everything and tells her to leave this family instead of destroying everyone’s happiness by staying here. Meher says it’s her house and where can she go leaving her family. Her inner voice says today Param and Sarab facing troubles because of her only so she should leave this house for them.
Meher says she can’t see Sarab in this condition and decides to do something. Aditi could not able to concentrate on surgery and hallucinates Meher and Sarab. She recalls how Vikram wanted to divorce her and took stand for Manav and feels dizzy. One of the Nurse comes out of the operation theatre and messages someone that she finished her work and smirks.
Harleen calls Robbie and asks where is he now. Robbie lies to her saying he is in Kolkata for important meeting. She tells Sarab about what Robbie told her and says something is strange. He tells her that Robbie lying to her and says what all he did so he throw him out of the house and apologize to her for taking this decision without talking to her. She expresses her disappointment and says Robbie can’t change.
She gets angry seeing Meher in the hospital and asks why she came here when Aditi is angry on them already. They gets to know that Aditi got suspended because of the mistake she made during surgery. Aditi drives her car fastly and doesn’t picks Vikram’s call. She recalls how she got suspended and reaches Sarab’s house and calls Meher. She puts knife on Meher’s neck and tells others to not come towards her.
