The episode starts with Mishka reminding Chirag about his negative results. Chirag him tells Mishka that Deepika has a superpower and she trusts God a lot. Mishka tries to refuse Chirag’s logic and Chirag suggests Mishka to stay away from his life.
Chirag tells Deepika that she will have to take good care of her. Chirag tells Deepika that their babies are a miracle for his family. Chirag tells Deepika that Lavanya is very happy with them.
Omkar is surprised to see Lavanya in the kitchen making ladoo. Lavanya tells Omkar that coconuts are very healthy in the first trimester and then she will make goond ke ladoo after post delivery. Lavanya tells Omkar that Deepika is not just her Bahu she is like her daughter also. Omkar is happy to see Lavanya and Neelima inform Omkar about a function for Deepika and Janvi . Lavanya wants her family to stay happy.
Mishka tells Siddhant that Deepika is pregnant and her in-laws don’t say anything for Deepika when her step mother accuses her.

Deepika tells Neelima that she wants to make Dalia for Janvi but she refuses to eat.
Janvi throws the Dalia from Deepika’s hand. Janvi tells Deepika that she was delivering Mittal’s baby but she snatches her happiness. Janvi accuses Deepika of killing her baby. Janvi tells Deepika that she is very happy now and she tells Deepika that everything will be snatched from her. Chirag listens to the conversation .
