The episode starts with Aarambhi telling Radhika that she made a mistake by leaving her career just because Vishwas told her to do so. Aarambhi comments on society’s mindset — when girls are young, they are always told to think about their marriage. Aarambhi complains about this to Radhika.
Aarambhi says she will not be able to teach Vihaan anything in this way. She says Vihaan might become a great doctor, but he may treat his wife the same way Vishwas treats his wife, because that is what he has always seen. Aarambhi tells Radhika that she needs to teach Vihaan the difference between right and wrong. She says that if Vihaan marries a strong, independent woman, he should respect and support her. Aarambhi says she will do this by becoming a doctor herself.
Radhika tells Aarambhi that for that, she would need to leave the Tandon family. Aarambhi says she cannot do that, as leaving the Tandon family would mean leaving Vihaan. Radhika asks Aarambhi what she is going to do now. Aarambhi says everyone told her to learn from Vishwas, so she will learn from him. She says no one knows that she is Vishwas’s wife, as he never took her anywhere — neither to parties nor to the hospital. Aarambhi says she would be caught if she applied as Aarambhi Tandon, but not as Aarambhi Balbir Chowdary. Radhika agrees and says she will support her.
At the medical council, Ranjana, the staff officer, introduces Kedar to Aarambhi, saying that he is the one to whom they need to submit the application form. Kedar comments sarcastically that Aarambhi wants to become a doctor after 10 years just for time pass. Aarambhi argues with Kedar and says she is becoming a doctor for her son, not for time pass. Radhika says she will record everything he said and post it on social media. Kedar says there is no need for that, stamps Aarambhi’s application, and says it has been submitted. Aarambhi and Radhika leave.
During the meeting, Avantika joins the Tandon family. Vishwas’s father announces that their chain of hospitals has become the number one hospital chain in India. He says they are now going to construct a state-of-the-art hospital to expand their business. Vishwas’s father asks Raghav to hire the best interns for this hospital. Dr. Raghav agrees and suggests that Dr. Manmeet should train the interns.
Dimple says that instead of Dr. Manmeet, who is a woman and might leave her career after marriage, Raj should train the interns as he needs to continue their legacy. Manmeet gets upset after hearing this. Vishwas comments on it.
After the meeting, Vishwas goes to Manmeet and apologizes for Dimple’s rude behavior. Manmeet responds to him. Vishwas and Manmeet then get ready to go to Aarambhi’s room.
Aarambhi and Radhika return to the hospital and see them there. Aarambhi asks Radhika to distract them so she can enter the hospital. Radhika goes and argues with Vishwas and Manmeet about the washrooms not being clean. Aarambhi tries to sneak into the room behind them, but they notice her.
