The episode starts with Visalatchi saying to Tara, who is starving, that she will get her biryani after Gunasekaran’s return. Just then, the fathers of Eshwari and Nandhini arrive there and say that they are also invited by Pattamal for the function. They had come to see her before going there. They also tell that they learn about Gunasekaran’s return. Visalatchi scolds Tara.
Just then, Gunasekaran returns home. Visalatchi happily welcomes Gunasekaran back. Gunasekaran calls the kids near him and gives them chocolates. He also gives a chocolate to Visalatchi. He asks Eshwari and Nandhini’s fathers when they have arrived. He gives chocolate to them. They all go inside the house. On the other hand, Jhaansirani is troubling Janani and her gang on their way. She throws the empty bottle out of the moving car. Renuka scolds Jhaansirani by throwing it on the road.
Shakti, Karikalan and Valavan are still on the way. Karikalan annoys Kathir and Valavan by asking useless questions. Karikalan asks the driver to stop at the tea stall. The driver obliges. They all sit at a tea stall to have tea. Valavan scolds Karikalan, getting annoyed by his talk. Kathir receives a call from a girl. The girl says that her name is Pukuzhali. Kathir excuses himself and goes aside to talk.
Kathir asks the girl who she is. Pukuzhali says that she’s his relative and she attended Aadhirai’s wedding. She saw him dancing with an aunty type girl. Kathir says that she didn’t see her at the wedding. Pukuzhali says that she noticed him and everyone except him who was busy with his brother noticed her. Kathir asks her to send her photo. Pukuzhali says that she never sent her photo to anyone and adds that she also never contacted any man before, but she got a crush on him, so she called him by putting her ego aside. Karikalan goes to Kathir as he hasn’t returned yet. Kathir scolds Karikalan and ousts him. Karikalan goes to Valavan and says that Kathir is busy on a callcall and refusing to come.
Pukuzhali says to Kathir that she is missing him, so she called him. She asks him where he is going. Kathir says that he is going to a village function. Kathir asks where she’s leaving. Pukuzhali tells her village name. Kathir says that she’s nearby. The girl asks Kathir why she told him this as she wants to meet him. She disconnects the call. Kathir thinks that thr girl’s voice is so sweet. He phones Pukuzhali again and promises her to meet her alone.
Gunasekaran asks Dharshini to make coffee. Dharshini says that she doesn’t know to make coffee. Gunasekaran scolds Dharshini and blames the daughters-in-law of the house for giving them such upbringing. Visalatchi blames Janani. Gunasekaran ousts the girls to the kitchen to make coffee while he stops Dharshan from going to the kitchen by saying that boys shoulder enter the kitchen. Gunasekaran says to the fathers of Eshwari and Nandhini that he won’t let the ladies of this house change the rules of this house. He calls out to Dharshan and scolds him for listening to his mother and his aunts.
