Episode starts with Virat taking Sai to room. Pakhi gets jealous seeing them. Sai gets overjoyed seeing her favourite things. Virat says it’s her birthday surprise. Sai opens the cupboard and gets delighted seeing a gown. She asks Virat how he got to know about her choices. Virat says he knows many things about her which she also doesn’t know about herself. Sai tells Virat to leave the room as she will wear the dress. Then she holds Virat’s hand and thanks him for everything.
Sai gets ready and comes downstairs. Everyone compliments her and Virat also gets mesmerized looking at her. Harini says Sai is looking like a princess. Virat makes Sai sit. Harini gifts a crown to her. Virat says he wants some family pictures. Mohit clicks pictures of them. Virat asks him if everything is ready or not. Sai thinks is there any other surprise left for her? Virat takes of his coat and dances with Sai. Everyone joins them except Bhavani, Ninad, Sonali and Omkar.
Sonali says Virat is completely under Sai’s control. She makes him dance all the time. Sai imagines Kamal is standing in front of her. Sai talks to him. Kamal says he came here to see if Sai is happy with her in laws or not. He says he is feeling proud that he chose Virat for Sai. Virat takes care of her happiness and also supports her constantly. Sai says she never thought Virat would do so much for her. Its beyond her imaginations.
Kamal blesses her and prays for their togetherness. Sai says but she won’t stay with Virat forever. Virat only took her responsibility. After she becomes doctor she will leave him. Kamal says Sai should not get separated from Virat, as Virat cares for her a lot. Kamal tells Sai to promise him that she won’t leave Virat. He gives an example of plucked flower which can not stay fresh after it gets separated from the plant. Sai is about to promise her father but Virat calls her.
Sai’s dream ends. Sai takes Kamal’s name and Virat says he tried his best to make her feel special, so that she doesn’t miss her father. Sai says she is not upset at all but Kamal is also happy after what Virat did for her. Virat hugs Sai out of happiness. Sai gets emotional and Virat tells her not to cry. Ashwini tells Sai to start the cake cutting. Sai says she is lucky that she got such a loving mother in law.
Sai calls Bhavani Ninad to join in cake cutting. Bhavani says she doesn’t have time for all this nonsense. Virat requested them that’s why they are present here. Sai says she won’t cut the cake until Bhavani and Ninad clap for her and sing the birthday song for her. Bhavani gets irked. Sai says she is also stubborn and won’t let them ignore her on her birthday. She goes to Bhavani and holds her hand. Mansi also tells Bhavani to listen to Sai.
Precap- Sai tells Pakhi to join her in cake cutting as everyone is waiting for her. Pakhi refuses to go. She pushes Sai and latter gets injured. Virat gets shocked.
