Show Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai is witnessing Sirat’s pregnancy track. Goenkas trying their best to keep Sirat happy. Kartik, Kairav and everyone is cheering up Sirat. This week was high on drama when Sirat craved for sweet Mauri used to make for her. Swarna call Sheila to help Sirat. Sirat and Goenkas goes against Swarna. Swarna tries to convince Goenkas that Sirat was not eating anything which isn’t right thus she seek Sheila’s help.
Furthermore, Sirat asks Sheila to leave. But Sheila gets adamant to stay back. Sirat doubt Sheila’s intention. Suhasini give her mothers bangle to Sirat as a present to wear on the occasion of her baby shower. Sheila gets a call from buyers and man asks former to return his money. Sheila decides to steal the bangles. She somehow manages to steal the bangles. Suhasini cry for her bangles. Swarna, Gayu and Surekha doubt on Sheila. They share with Kartik. Kartik assure Suhasini that he will bring back her bangle but Sirat and Manish should not learn about Sheila’s truth. Manish and Sirat both comes to know about Sheila’s truth. Sirat confront Sheila and feel ashamed because of her action.
Kartik somehow managed to bring back the bangles. Sirat asks Sheila to leave the house. Towards the end of the week, Sirat gets ready for her baby shower. She asks Kartik if she is looking good or not. Kartik says to Sirat that she is looking like a doll. He adds he can’t wait Suhasini to take evil eye from her thus he will do it for her. Sirat miss Mauri. She says if Mauri would have been her child might have got love and care like Goenkas. Sirat gets teary. Kartik says to Sirat that he understand her. Suhasini and Swarna gets excited for baby shower. They look for Sirat and Kartik. Kartik bring Sirat.
Goenkas gathers to celebrate Sirat’s baby shower. Suhasini asks Swarna to start the function. Goenkas gift Sirat and bless latter one by one. Kartik says to Sirat that he wish his daughter to be a carbon copy of her. He adds he wants his daughter to be stronger like her. In the meantime, Kairav informs Sirat that her family arrived. Goenkas and Sirat think Sheela arrived. To everyone’s surprise Sikander and boxing girls arrive at Goenka house. Sirat says she consider Sikander not only her coach but big brother too. Girls says they also consider Sirat their sister. Sirat gets happy. Sikander says they are family too.
Ahead, Kairav and Vansh plans a game to figure if Sirat will give birth to boy or girl. Suhasini think Sirat will give birth to a boy. Surekha says looking at Sirat she can say it will be a girl. Kairav and Vansh plays a game with Sirat. At the end of game, Goenkas get happy that Sirat will give a birth to a girl. Sirat, Kartik and gets happy.
Goenkas dance around Sirat and celebrate her baby shower. Ahead, Kartik takes care of Sirat. He further, gets upset thinking he has to leave for a meeting. Sirat encourages Kartik to go. Kartik wish Sirat to be with her until her delivery. Sirat says delivery has a time and he can go and come. Kartik says post this meeting he will take a paternity leave.
There, Suhasini, Gayu and Swarna prepare sweet for Sirat. Suhasini asks Gayu and Swarna if they prepared Sirat’s delivery bag or not. Swarna says delivery has a time and she will prepare close to delivery.
Ahead, Kairav and Sirat tells to Kartik that they have decided baby’s name. Kartik, Sirat and Kairav discuss baby name.
Now in the upcoming episode, Sirat will get labour pain. Kartik will worry for Sirat.
