Today’s episode starts with Vansh and Riddhima’s eye-lock. Riddhima says to Vihaan that she can take bullet on herself only for Vansh not for anyone. Vansh asks her not to speak. He tells to her that she has taken bullet on herself for her Vansh. Vansh tells to Riddhima that he is Vansh. Riddhima closes her eye. Vansh sits shocked. Ahead, Vansh rushes Riddhima to the hospital. He asks hospital staff to hurry up. Vansh asks Riddhima to open her eyes. Doctors take Riddhima to the OT.
There, Daadi asks Anupriya to leave and never show her face. Kabir and Anupriya leave the place. Daadi prays for Riddhima’s safety. There, Vansh takes out his jacket and monitor Riddhima from outside the OT. He sees her pulses down. Vansh says his Riddhima cannot leave him like that. He recalls Daadi’s word and runs to pray to God. He prays in front of God. Riddhima struggles for her life.
Vansh says to God that he never asked anything for him. He asks today he is asking for Riddhima. Vansh add and says to God, Riddhima loves him a lot but now she loves him more than him. He asks God to return back his Riddhima. Other side, Riddhima gets her pulses back. Doctor calls it miracle. Vansh come and hugs Riddhima. He tells Lord Ganesha heard him and returned her to him. He says there is many thing between them because of it none can separate her from him. Riddhima recalls Vansh confessing to her that he is Vansh.
Ahead, Vansh takes blood from his hand and fills Riddhima’s hairline. Riddhima recalls her marriage with Vansh. She takes Vansh’s name. Doctor says to Vansh that Riddhima should take rest. He says the more she will take rest, she will recover fast. Vansh asks Riddhima to close her eyes. Doctor asks Vansh to take some rest too. Other side, Kabir hits him with belt. He says the wounds will make him always remember the pain Riddhima and Vansh has given to Anupriya.
Other side, Riddhima wake up. Nurse says to her that she is lucky to have a husband like Vansh.
Riddhima goes to Vansh. She finds him sleeping. Riddhima recalls Vansh’s word and tears roll from her eyes. Vansh asks Riddhima why she stepped out from the bed. Riddhima hugs Vansh and says that till he is with her, death can’t touch her. She cries. Vansh asks Riddhima to take rest. Riddhima asks Vansh why he entered as Vihaan. Vansh says because there were many enemies. Riddhima says she wants to confess why he asked Vihaan to come home. Vansh says he know for family safety she did all that. He makes Riddhima to wear magalsutra. There, Angre tells to Singhania’s that Riddhima is fine. Ishani asks Daadi to have medicine. Kabir over hear the talk and says he too is waiting for Vansh and Riddhima.
Other side, Riddhima asks Vansh how he came to know about Anupriya’s truth. Vansh says to Riddhima that she is forgetting her husband name is Vansh Rai Singhania. He says truth can’t stay hidden from him for long. In the flashback, Vansh over hears Anupriya confessing that she killed Uma. Back to reality; Vansh says to Riddhima post learning the truth he decided to expose Anupriya . Next, Riddhima decides to shares about her past with Vansh before starting fresh life with him.
