The episode starts with Ishani cutting the cake while everyone singing happy birthday song. She feeds cake to her family members. Aryan drags Ishani to the dance floor followed by Angre and Riddhima. Then Dadi kabir join them. Riddhima dances with Vansh while Kabir keeps looking at Riddhima. The family join them. After the dance ends, Siya tells now it’s time for family photoshoot.
Ishani calls Kabir saying he’s also a part of their family since he saved Vansh. The latter agrees with Ishani. They all pose together for the photo. The sniper is aiming gun at Vansh. Riddhima feels dizzy. Vansh asks Riddima if she’s ok. The sniper shoots. Vansh notices the sniper. He saves Riddhima. The syringe hits Ishani, who cries in pain. Family worries for Ishani. Kabir stops Vansh saying Ishani needs him, he will go after the sniper. Vansh the pull out the syringe. He ties a cloth around her arm. Vansh asks Riddima to call the doctor.
Kabir catches the sniper. He trashes him asking how he dared to try to shoot Riddhima whom he loves. Aryan stops Kabir before he can hit the sniper with the stone. Kabir realizes his mistake. He tells he will handle him and asks Aryan to go to Ishani. At VR mansion, Riddhima tells doctor is on the way and he asked not to let Ishani falls unconscious. Vansh keeps talking to her. Ishani cries in pain. Vansh promises that he will not anything happen to Ishani and her child. Doctor arrives. He asks the family to wait outside.
Vansh expresses his anger by firing gun. Riddhima tells he’s not responsible for what happened. Vansh tells he will be responsible if anything happens to Ishani and her child. Someone cheated him, and when his ennemy attacked him, Ishani got shot. He further tells he failed to protect Ishani, who is pregnant.
Vansh loads his gun saying he will not leave Chang. Riddhima tries to calm him down. Vansh hurts Riddhima holding her arm tightly. He realizes his mistake and apologizes to Riddhima. The latter asks Vansh to calm down. She tells Ishani should be his priority now, when she gains conciousness, she will search for him. Vansh thinks. Riddhima assures that Ishani and her child will be fine. Aryan tells doctors have come out of Ishani’s room.
Doctor tells Ishani is in critical stage, she lost lot of blood and they need to do a surgery. He further tells there’s less chances to save Ishani. Vansh angrily moves towards the doctor but Kabir comes between and holds the doctor’s neck and threatens him. Vansh apologizes to doctor on behalf of Kabir, he asks to do whatever he can to save Ishani.
Riddhima goes to the temple. She feels dizzy. Kabir holds her. He asks her to be careful. Riddhima mouths a thank you and walks away. Kabir kisses his hand thinking God is also giving him chances to come closer to Riddhima. The latter wonders why she is feeling sudden weakness. She wonders whether to tell Vansh or not. She decides not to say anything now as he’s already worried for Ishani.
Riddhima lights the diya. She prays to God for Ishani and her child’s recovery. She gets shocked seeing the diya blew off. Dadi shouts no. Doctor announces to the family that they couldn’t safe both mom and child, they could only save Ishani. Family cries.
Vansh recalls his promise to Ishani. He asks what he will answer when Ishani will ask why he failed to fulfill his promise. Doctor asks him to be strong and take care of the mom who lost her child. Vansh wonders how he will face Ishani. Riddhima tells he can’t fall weak now, he needs to be strong for Ishani. Vansh goes to meet Ishani. Riddhima feels nausea.
Ishani tells Vansh that he has kept his promise up and saved her. Vansh recalls the moment he had chosen name for Ishani’s child. He cries. Ishani asks why he’s crying, if something wrong happened, if her child is safe. Riddhima hears doctor over phone. Doctor is telling about the possible symptoms a pregnant woman can get. Riddhima thinks she’s also having similar symptoms. She wonders if she’s pregnant. Ishani insists Vansh to answer. Vansh apologizes to Ishani saying he failed to save her child. Ishani shouts no and cries. Riddhima watches them.
