The episode starts with Dadi asking where Vansh has gone. Ridhima wonders where he went and what he is thinking to do. Vihaan comes and says that today is very special and he wants to make the day even more special for everyone. He sings “Ae dil hai mushkil” to Ridhima and kneels in front of her forwarding a hand towards her.
She gives her hand into Vihaan’s one and they start to dance sharing moments just like Vansh and Ridhima had shared in past. Everyone claps when the two finish dancing. Kabir thinks that the impostor can celebrate as much happiness as he wants but today he is going to end his game. Dadi prays for her family to stay happy.
Then Vihaan dedicates a song to Ishani. He starts singing “Ae dil laya hai bahar”. Ridhima and Dadi join him and they sing and dance together. Chanchal and Rudra sing too followed by Anupriya. Everyone starts walking and clapping around Ishani. Kabir keeps an eye on her. She starts feeling pain in the stomach and whines, but none notice.
Suddenly Ishani shouts and everyone looks at her. She faints and is about to fall but Kabir holds her on time. Everyone rushes to her. Kabir lifts her in his arms while Vihaan calls doctor.
Later, doctor asks the family not to worry assuring that the baby and Ishani both are fine. Dadi is thankful to God. Kabir comes and says that he sent Ishani’s blood sample to lab and there are traces of the powder in it.
Doctor says that if powder was more then Ishani’s baby would be harmed but thankfully she is fine and she says that Kabir should be thanked the most because he held Ishani on time: had she fallen on her stomach, then it would have been difficult to save her. Ridhima understands that it’s Kabir’s plan only.
Kabir goes to drop the doctor outside. Ridhima wonders what he is planning since if he wanted to kill Ishani then he would have not put less dose. Anupriya wonders how Ishani got the powder when she didn’t eat anything in the last one hour. Chanchal remembers that Ishani drank Ganga Jal only.
Kabir shows everyone the Ganga Jal which is dirty. Dadi says that the Ganga Jal is transparent. Kabir concludes that the powder is in the water only and someone put it there to kill Ishani. Dadi says that none from outside came there. Kabir asks permission to frisk everyone. Dadi allows him.
Vihaan is about to put his hand in pocket but Kabir stops him and asks him to put his hands up. He checks Vihaan’s pocket and finds packet of powder in it. Kabir puts blame on him. Dadi asks why he would try to kill his own sister and her baby.
Ishani comes and says that he is not Vansh but an impostor. Aryaan reveals that Ridhima gave money to the impostor and he has witnessed that. Ishani adds that he saw a bundle of money in his pocket. She asks Vihaan to prove that he is Vansh by telling the names of baby that he had thought of. Ishani remembers that Vansh had thought of Sakshi or Aditya but she didn’t tell about that to Vihaan. The latter gives wrong answers therefore Ishani affirms that he is not Vansh.

Precap: Ridhima tries assuring Dadi that Vihaan is Vansh only. Ishani shows a piece of paper with multiple signatures of Vansh and says that he has been practising the signatures. Kabir declares that Vihaan is under arrest. Ridhima asks Dadi to trust her but Dadi slaps her and gives her three hours to prove herself otherwise she will be punished.
