The episode starts with Rhea admitting Prachi in the hospital and in the form she fills that she is her sister. The doctor says that Prachi’s condition is pretty critical and they will try their best. Prachi is taken to the patient’s ward. Rhea talks to herself about what she did. She doesn’t understand whether it is because if she is her sister or because of her ego that nobody can kill Prachi except her. Rhea thinks to her anyway she did the right thing by not killing Prachi directly as there will be a trial that will lead to her if she did it illegally. Now she dies legally and thinks luck is on her side.
Now she thinks that she doesn’t have to tell family members about her condition and maintain it until she dies. If someone asks her she will say she told Prachi that Ranbir wants to meet her. If someone knows that she admitted her she will say she didn’t want the family members to worry as they are already worried about Ranbir. Doctor comes out and asks what is her blood group as Prachi needs blood. Rhea says they are real sisters but their blood is not the same. The doctor tells the nurse to contact the blood bank. And he says if she does not get blood she will be in more danger and they will try their level best.
Rhea sits on the bench and acts like she is crying. Rhea wipes her tears and thinks to share this good news with Alia. She sees Pallavi and thinks she sent me to Prachi even after knowing that I hate Prachi but it’s good as I witnessed Prachi is no more because of the natural accident. Pallavi asks Rhea where is Prachi. Rhea asks if she didn’t come. Alia says maybe she was stuck in traffic. Pallavi says seems like she is showing her importance as she gets to know Ranbir wants to meet her. Rhea tells she will meet Ranbir and make him agree to meet everyone. Pallavi agrees.
Alia takes Rhea aside and asks where is Prachi and why she didn’t come here. Rhea says she is in the hospital itself, in the ICU. Alia asks if she killed her seeing blood in her dress. Rhea says I’m lucky as Prachi met with an accident and I’m lucky this time and she will die. The doctor asks the Nurse to not give a heavy dose of medicine as she is pregnant. Prachi in her unconscious state asks how her baby is. The doctor tells her baby is fine. He asks the nurse to inform Rhea that Prachi and her baby are fine.
Vikram calls Prachi. Pallavi says no need to call her. Rhea asks what happened. Pallavi says she is going to meet Ranbir. They go to Ranbir’s room. Pallavi tries to remove the mangalsutra from Ranbir’s hand. Vikram asks her to leave it as he risked his life to save it. Ranbir gains consciousness and asks if Prachi didn’t come. Pallavi says we care for you unlike Prachi and she didn’t come to meet you that’s why we came. Ranbir says she will come for sure and maybe she is stuck in some problem. He asks her to call her again. Rhea leaves the room. The nurse gets to know Rhea is in Ranbir’s room. The nurse goes to Ranbir’s room and asks where is Rhea. Alia asks why she needs her.
Prachi tells Doctor that she doesn’t want the nurse to inform Rhea about her pregnancy. She leaves to stop the nurse. The nurse says she has to tell Rhea about Prachi. Ranbir asks what’s it. Rhea comes there and thinks she may get exposed if she opens her mouth. Vikram asks why she came. Rhea says Prachi met with an accident and I didn’t tell you as I don’t want you guys to have stress. Ranbir asks if she is fine. The nurse says she came to give the good news.
Prachi comes there. The nurse asks Prachi to tell the good news. Prachi slowly asks her to not reveal about her pregnancy. She tells she is fine. Ranbir stands up seeing her. Prachi tells Ranbir that she is fine because of Rhea. She hugs Rhea. Rhea says Prachi needs some rest. She takes her to another room. Pallavi says Rhea is good that’s why she saved Prachi. Rhea makes Prachi sleep on the bed. She warns the nurse to take care of her sister and leaves from there. The doctor tells Ranbir that they are discharging him. Ranbir asks which room they assign to Prachi. Rhea tells him about Prachi’s room. He goes to meet her.
