Episode begins with Pawan reaches Arora house and wonders what he should do now. He says they can call Police to arrest him but what to do his heart is not listening him and says something is there in Sristy which brought him here. Sarla wakes up saying she is feeling better now and calls Sristy.
Janki hears her voice and was about to go to her but stops feeling someone watching her before she sees Pawan, he hides from her. Sarla comes out of her room and asks Janki about Sristy. Janki replies saying she doesn’t know where Sristy went because she didn’t inform her and asks why she came out of her room saying Sarla needs rest now.
Sarla says she wish to talk to Preeta now and says today it’s her ‘Muh dikhai’ and Mahira is also not in Luthra house so Preeta will be so happy there today. Pawan overheard their talks and says he came to meet Sristy but she is not in the house and leaves from there saying his time only wasted in the end. Sristy meets Preeta and hugs her saying everything will be fine.
Preeta asks how she reached here and who told her about Mahira and seeing Sameer she understood he is the one who told Sristy and asks did she said about this to Sarla. Sristy says she didn’t. Preeta says something is fishy because when Mahira was in the ICU she tried to talk to the Doctor but no one allowed her inside and they didn’t let her talk to them too. She says the way Ramona blaming Luthra’s it seems like everything planned already.
Sristy says then it could be a trap. They sees Mahira’s Doctor and follows her. One guy notices that and says he has to reach the Doctor before them. Prithvi enters the hospital and asks the Receptionist about Mahira. Receptionist says she can’t give the information to anyone other than Khanna family and Luthra’s. He gets to know about her room number somehow and says real danger reaching Mahira and wears Doctor uniform and moves towards her room.
That guy stops Preeta from entering the Doctor’s cabin saying she has hectic schedule so she can’t meet anyone now. He says Doctor is busy with emergency case files and tells Preeta to understand the situation. Karan and Rishab comes there. Preeta asks did Rishab talked to the Lawyer. He replies saying he did and asks what is she doing here. Preeta says she came to talk to the Doctor but she is busy now. Rishab and Karan leaves from there.
Preeta says she feels like nothing happened to Mahira but it’s affecting Karan so much so she is going from here and tells Sristy and Sameer to stay in front of Doctor’s cabin only and asks them to discuss with the Doctor about Mahira’s case details.
Preeta says Karan seems tensed and tells him to share his feelings with her. He thanks her for saving him from Police. She gets emotional and says she just said the truth and consoles him holding his hand (Sajdaa song plays in the background). They recalls the moments they shared with each other.
Rishab who saw them thinks difficult situation helps to strengthen the relationship and know the true value of it too. Prithvi enjoys seeing the sad face of Luthra’s and he takes Police inspector with him saying he wants to talk to him. Sristy tries to talk to Mahira’s Doctor but that guy takes Doctor from there.
Prithvi tells the Police inspector that he is feeling bad for Mahira and he should arrest Karan. Seeing Rishab there Prithvi wears his mask. Rishab defends Karan and scolds Prithvi for giving wrong statement without knowing the full truth. Lawyer tells Karan that with Mahira’s statement Police can arrest him on the spot. Luthra’s shocks hearing him.
