This week Kundali Bhagya begins with Preeta informs Karan that Srishti got to know about her pregnancy complications. Aanchal takes Preeta with her to take few tests. Karan calls Srishti and asks her that is she angry. She tells him that she was angry but not anymore. After some time, Aanchal tells Karan and Preeta that they will get the reports soon and they leaves the hospital. Sherlyn meets Aanchal and introduces herself to her and gets Preeta’s old report. Prithvi asks God that what’s happening with him nowadays and he gets shock seeing Kritika in the cafe. She thanks him for being the world’s best husband and tells him that it’s her surprise for him. She reveals that how she picked his Manager’s call and learnt about his surprise. He curses his Manager in his mind.
Sherlyn sees them together and leaves the cafe angrily. Prithvi notices her and followes her. She scolds him when he reminds her that it’s she who asked him to drink coffee with Kritika. She reveals that now she has an evidence against Preeta and leaves from there. Rakhi scolds Preeta for doing works. Sherlyn tells Preeta that she knows that the latter is not pregnant so she is going to expose her. Preeta goes to her room and tells Karan that Sherlyn knows everything. Sherlyn tells Luthra’s that Preeta is not pregnant which angers Rakhi.Rakhi says to Sherlyn that Preeta is pregnant. Sherlyn opposes her and the latter slaps her.Dadi tells Sherlyn that the latter is jealous of Preeta that’s why she is saying all this.
Sherlyn says to them that she knew that they will react like this and reveals that she has an evidence to prove her claims. Kritika brings Karan and Preeta downstairs. Dadi and Kareena questions Preeta and scolds her for hiding the truth from them. Sherlyn
asks Preeta that why the latter lied to them. Karan asks her to stay silent. He defends Preeta saying that he stopped her from telling the truth and he wanted to tell them at the right time. Mahesh comes there and Sherlyn gives Preeta’s report to him and says that Preeta can’t conceive never. Karan lashes out at Sherlyn for that and reveals that they have hope still and new report may come tomorrow.
Dadi scolds him for supporting Preeta. Preeta tells her that it was her mistake and asks her to not say anything to Karan. She says to them that seeing their excitement and Mahesh’s condition she could not reveal the truth. Kareena tells her to go to Arora house for few days. Karan says to her that Preeta won’t go anywhere. Rakhi supports Karan and Preeta saying that no one understood their pain. She praises Karan for supporting Preeta in this difficult situation. Rakhi scolds Sherlyn for saying that Preeta won’t conceive never. Then Sherlyn instigates Dadi and Kareena against Preeta. Kritika sees that and warns Sherlyn to not try to break her family. Sherlyn taunts her for staying in Luthra house after marriage too.
Srishti informs Sarla that how Rakhi defended Preeta. Sarla calls Rakhi and thanks her. Kritika talks to Prithvi about shifting to his house. Prithvi says to her that even though he stays in Luthra house, he works for himself and for her too so it doesn’t matter that what others thinks about them. He learns that she is talking like this because of Sherlyn. He asks her to ignore Sherlyn’s talks. Next day, Sherlyn tells Kareena and Dadi that few in this house thinks that they overreacted in Preeta’s matter. She informs them that Kritika also scolded her to defend Preeta. Kritika tells Kareena that Sherlyn told her that now she is not the daughter of Luthra family and she don’t have any rights to stay in Luthra house. Sherlyn tells her that the latter misunderstood her and she does emotional drama.
Rakhi apologizes to Kareena and Kritika on behalf of Sherlyn. Luthra’s gets shocks seeing Sonakshi there. Sonakshi apologizes to Preeta and informs them that she is leaving for London. Later, Preeta and Karan discusses about Mahesh. Rakhi informs Luthra’s that Mahesh condition worsening because of depression. She tells them that, today Janmashtami and also Preeta’s report will come so she hopes for a good news. Sameer calls Srishti and informs her about Sonakshi’s arrival and also that Sonakshi shifting to London. Srishti tells him that it’s hard to believe Sonakshi’s words and thanks him for informing her.
Other side, Prithvi says to Sherlyn that the latter indirectly told Kritika to leave for Malhotra house and the latter also knows that what will happen if he and Kritika left Luthra house then. She thinks that they will share a room in Malhotra house and tells him that she won’t say anything to Kritika from now on. Aanchal tells Luthra’s that Preeta’s fertility issues may take long time to resolve. Kareena suggests to adopt a child because Preeta and Mahesh badly need a child to live a normal life. She asks Karan and Preeta to think about it. She informs them that her friend has an orphanage so if they are okay then, she will talk to her friend. Rakhi and Dadi too supports Kareena.
Karan and Preeta agrees to adopt a child. Sherlyn decides to stop the adoption with Prithvi’s help. She calls him to inform about it and learns that he is in Kritika’s room. Rakhi tells Sherlyn that Preeta preparing to celebrate Janmashtami and asks her to help Preeta. Preeta prays to God for a child. Meanwhile one child enters the Luthra mansion who is in Krishna’s getup. She notices the child and follows the child. Karan also hears anklet noise and follows the child. Preeta asks the child’s name. Child replies that her name is Pihu. Pihu plays with them.
Rakhi asks them to bring Pihu downstairs. Pihu tells Preeta that she is hungry. Preeta takes Pihu to the kitchen after informing to the ladies who are sitting in the hall with Luthra’s. Karan follows her. Pihu tells Preeta that she wants ‘roti’ to eat. Preeta starts preparing ‘roti’ for Pihu. Pihu imitates Karan. Preeta notices that and smiles then she feeds Pihu. Pihu feeds Preeta and Karan and they gets emotional. Dadi tells Preeta that Pihu is the latter’s child. Kareena tells Preeta that those ladies works in the NGO. NGO lady tells Preeta that just few formalities left for adoption. Everyone smiles except Sherlyn.
In the upcoming episode, NGO lady tells Pihu that Karan and Preeta are her parents.
