The episode starts with Kapil asking Mangal why she looks stressed. Mangal says, “Forget about my stress,” and asks if he remembers the promise he made to her in Delhi. A flashback shows how Kapil saved Mangal before she met with an accident. Mangal fell unconscious, and Kapil rushed her to the hospital.
At the hospital, Mangal opens her eyes. The nurse tells her that Kapil saved her. Mangal thanks him for his help. Kapil tells her, “We were about to meet anyway, as I’m the investor for the startup Sultan.” He says he wants to invest in her Pehla Swad project and asks her to shift to Jaipur. Mangal says she can’t leave Delhi. Kapil explains that it’s only for a few months, as his headquarters are in Jaipur. He assures her she can return to Delhi once her outlet is set up there and that she’ll gain financial benefits and recognition. Mangal initially refuses.
Later, a lawyer informs her that she won’t be able to get custody of her children unless she has financial stability. Mangal feels shattered. She prays to Maata Rani. Kapil calls her again and repeats his offer.
In the present, Kapil asks Mangal why she wants to shift back to Delhi. Mangal says, “It’s been six months, and now I need to leave.” Kapil asks why she is so insistent. Mangal remains firm in her decision. Kapil says, “You can leave if you want. I’m no one to stop you. But you’ve built the Pehla Swad brand. If you want to leave Jaipur, then hand over the brand to my company as per our contract.” He shows her a clause in the contract stating that she must work under his company for two years. Mangal stands shocked. Kapil says, “It’s your final call, but as a friend, I suggest you think it over and make the right decision.” He receives a call and steps away to answer it.
Meanwhile, Adit arrives at Kapil’s company to meet him. He requests the receptionist to let him meet Kapil. She says she will check his schedule. Mangal recalls Adit’s words that he would get custody of the children, not her. She begins to panic and has a panic attack. Adit notices Kapil’s office nearby and rushes toward it.
As Mangal is about to collapse, Kapil catches her and gives her an inhaler. She feels better after using it. He comforts her and says, “Calm down, everything is fine.” Adit is about to enter Kapil’s room, but the receptionist stops him and says he can’t meet Kapil without permission. She asks him to wait, and he agrees.
Mangal thanks Kapil for his help. Kapil tells her he wants to understand what compulsion is drawing her back to Delhi. He says, “I know it’s a personal matter, but I want to know what’s troubling you.” Mangal thinks to herself, This is my fight. I don’t want him to feel bad after knowing my story.
Just then, she receives a call from a natural clinic informing her that an appointment is available at 6 PM. Mangal says they will come and informs Kapil before leaving.
Later, Kapil receives a call and agrees to meet Adit. Mangal and Adit do not see each other. Adit meets Kapil and shows his project details. Kapil throws the file and says he is not interested. Adit stands shocked.
