The episode starts with Lakshmi thinking to herself that she sent the maid, not Jia, and today Karan will learn the truth.
Bhavani enters Jia’s room and decides to choke her with a pillow. Bhavani accuses Jia of killing her son. Jia thinks Bhavani has found out that she killed Krish.
Jia pushes Bhavani away and tells her that she has learned Bhavani killed Krish. Bhavani is shocked to hear that Jia killed Krish to frame Lakshmi.
Bhavani threatens Jia, saying she will kill her. Jia warns Bhavani not to come any closer and threatens her with a knife. Karan enters Jia’s room and overhears their entire conversation.
Jia prepares to stab Bhavani, but Karan stops her. Karan tells Jia that he will take revenge for every conspiracy she has been part of. He asks why she did all of this and says it was to ruin Lakshmi.
Jia explains to Karan that she is the one who gave birth to the baby and that she and Krish forged the hospital reports. She also tells Karan how she created misunderstandings between him and Lakshmi.
Karan threatens to kill Jia, thinking of Lakshmi. Jia reminds Karan that he is equally responsible for ruining Lakshmi’s life. She tells him that Lakshmi has always loved him and tried many times to explain things, but he never listened. Unbeknownst to them, Lakshmi witnesses everything through the camera she installed in Jia’s room.
Karan attempts to kill Jia by choking her. Jia warns Karan that if he kills her, he will never find out where Shanvi is, revealing that Lakshmi’s daughter, Shanvi, is alive. Lakshmi is shocked to hear this.
Bhavani admits to Karan that Shanvi is alive and says that Jia wanted to kill her but Bhavani stopped her. Bhavani adds that she doesn’t know Shanvi’s location. Meanwhile, it is shown that when Lakshmi lost consciousness, she stopped Vyom, rescued Shanvi, and said they would try to make both Lakshmi and Shanvi suffer and kill them.
Karan asks Jia where Shanvi is, but Jia escapes and runs away.
Jia reaches Shanvi and plans to leave the country with her. Lakshmi stops Jia and warns her not to lay hands on her daughter. Jia pushes the baby cart away, but Lakshmi manages to rescue Shanvi. Karan intervenes when Jia tries to harm Lakshmi and hands her over to the cops.
Later, Karan kneels before Lakshmi and apologizes for not believing her. He says he will not force her if she doesn’t want to live with him, but also expresses that he wants to live with Lakshmi and Shanvi. Lakshmi forgives him.
After a few years, Karan plays with Shanvi, Lakshmi sees them and thinks my life is settled and wishes for my sister life to be happy too. She prays Maata Rani for it. Lakshmi makes plans to go to Mangal.
