The episode begins with Arzoo informing Malla and Vishaka that Vikrant came to the hospital to meet Neetu. Vishaka asks what if Vikrant reunites with Neetu due to Mannat’s manipulation. And everything will be ruined if that happens then. Malla asks Arzoo why the latter did not stop Vikrant from reaching the hospital. Arzoo says they need to do something big before the family reunion happens. And they should stop Neetu’s surgery, and for that, Mannat should not reach the hospital with money at any cost. Because without money, if Neetu dies, then Vikrant will blame Mannat for Neetu’s death. Vishaka says she is ready to do anything. Arzoo says they will defeat Mannat once again.
In the hospital, Roni talks to Neetu, who is unconscious. He says Mannat is standing like a shield so nothing will happen to Neetu. And he is proud Mannat is their daughter.
Meanwhile, Vikrant helps the patient who is sitting in a wheelchair. So he fails to see Mannat, who is going out of the hospital. He goes inside and sees Dua and Roni sleeping in Neetu’s room. He recalls the moments he spent with Neetu and hesitates to open the door. And also recalls how Neetu got arrested and Roni left the house. He cries. He decides to leave from there but stops. Neetu cries in an unconscious state. Vikrant notices that and calls “Maa.” Neetu’s breathing became uneven. Dua wakes up and screams, “Grandma.” Roni calls the doctor and asks to see Neetu. The doctor examines Neetu.
Vikrant tries to leave from there and slips. Dhariya holds Vikrant before the latter falls down. He gets shocked seeing Vikrant there. Dua comes there and calls Dhariya. Vikrant leaves from there. Dhariya goes to Neetu’s room.
Mannat gets in the auto. Malla records that and sends it to Arzoo. Vishaka asks Malla to drive fast because they should follow Mannat. Malla starts driving the car.
On the other side, Yashika scolds her brother for taking money from her account. She says Malla and Vishaka invited her parents for a Valentine’s Day party. Akshay asks her what will happen now. Yashika says she doesn’t have money to hire fake parents. So everything will be ruined. Akshay asks her not to worry because he will fix everything. He says he will pick actors for free. Yashika asks him to handle it. She says she will deal with Mannat and make Vikrant hers at any cost.
Later, Mannat thanks God for helping her to arrange money for Neetu’s surgery. She thinks now nothing will happen to Neetu. Arzoo and Vishaka come there wearing masks and caps. They follow Mannat. Mannat feels like someone is following her. They hide behind the tree before Mannat sees them.
Mannat gets into the taxi and fails to notice Malla is sitting in the driver’s seat wearing a mask. Malla recalls how she made the taxi driver unconscious with Vishaka and Arzoo’s help. She starts driving the taxi. Mannat calls Dhariya and asks him whether everything is fine. Malla thinks Dhariya should not learn about anything.
The episode ends.

Our take: Arzoo tries to steal money from Mannat with Vishaka and Malla’s help. And Arzoo may succeed in her plan. Vikrant visits the hospital to meet Neetu, and he should have gone inside her room instead of just standing outside the room crying.
