The episode starts with Aishwarya telling Mallika that she doesn’t know what has happened to her health. She says she has always taken good care of herself. Mallika replies that it’s good she can recover with this medicine and may not need a liver transplant, as there is no guarantee of getting a donor on time.
Vishaka says that her neighbour got a donor only after she died. Mallika scolds Vishaka for talking nonsense and assures Aishwarya that she will be fine soon if she takes her medicine on time. Vishaka pretends to show concern and says that Shruthi had similar problems, and Aishwarya was the one who donated her liver. She adds that maybe her karma is hitting back, as she showed no mercy and killed Shruthi. She questions if Aishwarya is now paying for her deeds.
Aishwarya recalls how she killed Shruthi and imagines Mannat telling her that she will go through the same pain as her mother and die. She imagines Shruthi and Mannat cursing her.
Aishwarya loses her temper and shouts that she will not die. Yashika brings her back to her senses and warns her to stop shouting, as she might reveal the truth. She says Vikrant will understand that Mannat was right and may discover their secrets. He might throw Mallika, Vishaka, and Aishwarya out of the house.
Aishwarya scolds Vishaka for scaring her instead of supporting her. Yashika reassures her that everything will be fine and they can still handle the situation. Dua and Bunty arrive there. Aishwarya thinks they will mock her, but Dua pretends to care for her health. Vikrant praises Dua for her concern, and she convinces him to arrange a hawan for Arzoo’s recovery.
Meanwhile, the doctor asks Manmeet how she is feeling. He reminds her to take rest, but she hasn’t been doing so. Manmeet assures him she is fine. He notices she has pain in her stitches and advises her to eat simple food. Raj overhears this and asks her what happened, but she lies, saying they were discussing Arzoo’s reports. Raj says he knows she is hurt and brings up the past, but she refuses to discuss it.
Later, Mannat arranges everything for the hawan. She pretends she doesn’t want to do anything for Arzoo but says she is doing it because of her child. Mallika gets angry, but Vikrant stops her. Dhairya asks Mannat about her plan, and she signals him to check the coconut, indicating her plan will succeed if things go as intended.
The hawan begins. Aishwarya thinks she must complete it. Bunty gets hungry and wonders how long it will last. He sits near Aishwarya. Mannat fears he might get hurt, so she takes him away but accidentally drops the medicine without noticing.
Aishwarya starts feeling uneasy, struggles to breathe, and faints. Mallika gets worried. Yashika notices Bunty playing with some medicine and demands it back, but he refuses. Mannat realizes she has lost the medicine and worries that Yashika might discover her plan. To divert attention, Mannat burns her hand. Vikrant gets concerned and takes care of her, which emotionally affects Mannat. Yashika feels jealous.
Yashika asks Bunty for the medicine. He innocently asks if her stomach is upset too, as it’s medicine for diarrhoea. She checks and confirms it. Mannat and Dhairya had already exchanged the medicine successfully.
Meanwhile, Aarambhi receives a call informing her that Jaiswal has agreed to take her interview today, as he has a flight later. The interview will start within three hours. Aarambhi worries because the interview and party timings clash, but decides she must attend it at any cost, or she might lose Vihaan. She believes it’s time to choose her own path.
Raj brings food for Manmeet with help from his friends. She catches his act and tells him that his family is responsible for her condition, not him. She thanks him for the food, while Raj realizes he cares for her.
Dhairya applies cream to Mannat’s burn and asks her not to risk her life for her plans. Mannat apologizes, but Dhairya says she is not being careful enough. Bunty interrupts, saying his parents are fighting because of him. Dua consoles him, saying it’s just love, not a fight. Mannat and Dhairya overhear this and look at each other.
Aarambhi video calls Mannat and says she has to go for her license renewal, but it clashes with the party. Mannat encourages her and says Avantika will handle the party. Aarambhi worries she may still have to manage things at the last moment. She doesn’t want to miss the interview, as she fears Vishwas may snatch custody.
Mannat notices Yashika nearby and intentionally talks about arranging a “desi-style cocktail party,” which irritates Yashika. Aarambhi understands Mannat’s plan and supports her. Yashika decides to take control of the party arrangements.
Yashika calls Avantika and asks her to handle the party, saying she doesn’t trust Mannat and Aarambhi. Dimple agrees and assigns the responsibility to Avantika. Aarambhi smiles, realizing their plan worked.
Aarambhi informs Mannat and then tells Dimple she will go to the market. They agree. Aarambhi wishes for success in her interview, and Mannat encourages her. Meanwhile, Nandita spies on Aarambhi and plans to sabotage her.
Manmeet experiences severe pain in her stitches and collapses unconscious. Raj arrives with reports and finds her bleeding. He puts her on the hospital bed and notices surgical stitches, suspecting a major operation. He calls another doctor, who says the stitches are from two months ago and reopened due to stress. Raj wonders what Manmeet is hiding.
Avantika struggles with party arrangements and feels frustrated, while Mannat criticizes her work. Dimple remains silent.
Aarambhi heads to her interview, while Nandita follows her but is called back home by Dimple to help Avantika. Nandita misses Aarambhi but vows not to fail next time.
At the interview, Aarambhi is shocked to see Vishwas on the panel.

This episode strongly builds tension on all sides—Mannat’s plan nearly gets exposed, while Aishwarya’s guilt is clearly breaking her mentally. Aarambhi’s track adds excitement with the unexpected twist of Vishwas in the interview panel. Raj getting suspicious about Manmeet’s surgery hints at a major reveal soon. Overall, the drama is getting more intense with multiple secrets on the verge of coming out.
