The episode starts with Aarambhi waiting for her interview. The staff informs her that it’s her turn next. Aarambhi is shocked to see Vishwas, one of the doctors who is going to interview her. She thinks that she tried very hard to reach this point, and now all her efforts might go to waste. She prays to God to help her.
Meanwhile, Vishaka checks whether Aishwarya is alive or not, which annoys Aishwarya, and she scolds her. Mallika also scolds Vishaka for acting weird and advises Aishwarya to focus on her health. Yashika complains to Aishwarya that she is fed up with Mannat and Aarambhi’s ideas and says they are planning something very cheap. Mallika makes fun of her. Yashika adds that she has handed over the cocktail party responsibility to Avantika.
Mallika asks Aishwarya how she will attend the cocktail party in this condition. Vishaka says that karma has hit her hard and she is paying for her sins. Yashika says she doesn’t think this is happening suddenly, as Aishwarya was fine two days ago but fell sick quickly. She believes Mannat is behind all this. Mallika says Vishwas checked the reports, and Mannat doesn’t have the influence to change them. Aishwarya says she thinks Yashika might be right and that Mannat may have planned this to stop her from going back to London and to make her confess the truth. Mallika says they cannot ignore the symptoms. Yashika says Mannat never accepts defeat and may have planned everything.

Later, guests question Dimple about the poor arrangements. She blames Aarambhi, but Mannat defends her. Vikrant arrives with his family. Vishaka comments on the arrangements, and Dimple again blames Aarambhi. Mannat reveals that Avantika handled everything. Vikrant praises housewives, saying that work done with heart is always best and that Aarambhi would have done a great job. He suggests everyone enjoy the party. Mannat says she has prepared the food well despite the poor arrangements. Vishwas agrees to enjoy the party. Mannat thanks Vikrant for his support.
Soundarya asks Aarambhi why she looks so happy. Aarambhi says she feels proud for doing something for her son. She tastes the food and praises Mannat. Mannat brings dessert and asks about the interview. Aarambhi says it went well and she is waiting for the result. Mannat says it’s a double celebration—her interview success and her in-laws recognizing her worth.
Avantika apologizes to Yashika for the decorations. Yashika blames Mannat. Vikrant comes and apologizes to Yashika, offering to prepare a drink for her. Avantika comments that he is cute and suggests focusing on their love instead of Mannat and Aarambhi.
Mannat tries to feed dessert to Aarambhi, but Aarambhi receives a call and steps aside. Mannat accidentally feeds Vikrant instead, and they recall their moments. Aishwarya and Mallika notice this. Aishwarya becomes suspicious and decides to get medical tests done secretly. Mallika agrees to arrange them.
Aarambhi returns and asks Vikrant how the dessert tastes. He praises Mannat’s cooking and leaves. Aarambhi happily tells Mannat that she cleared the interview and her license is renewed. Raj informs Aarambhi that he is going to the hospital to arrange tests for Aishwarya. Aarambhi says they must expose Aishwarya soon.
Vikrant feels conflicted, wondering why he can’t move on if Mannat can. Dua comforts him, saying that if he truly wants someone, he should pray and fight for them. Vikrant agrees and hugs her. Dhairya sees this and calls Dua away. He warns Vikrant to stay away, saying Dua is his daughter and not like him. Vikrant responds that Dhairya can hate him, but they are still brothers, and Dua is like him. Vaishali overhears and tells Dhairya that Vikrant is right and that he doesn’t know Dua is his biological daughter. She warns that staying close may bring Mannat and Dua closer to Vikrant. Dhairya warns her to stay away from his family.
Aarambhi helps Mannat get ready and shows her a patch that can induce liver failure symptoms when applied to Aishwarya. Mannat says Aishwarya’s true face will be exposed soon.
