Neel is talking to Shlok at the auditorium where Dua is present for her dance competition. When they were talking Chahat appears with some flowers in her hand. When Neel asked her the reason for the flowers, she said that it is for Dua and Alka, for their good luck. Neel gets very happy seeing this. He tells Chahat that dua has got the best mother in the world. Chahat goes to find Dua and asks Shlok not to disturb Neel.
When Chahat was going to give the flowers to Dua, she finds Alka talking to some people. Chahat gets shocked to see that she was giving money to some people. She also gets confused as to why is she giving them money. Chahat then receives a call from someone who informs her that Alaknanda came to him to sell a gold chain and take money in return.
Chahat then learns that Alaknanda sold her gold chain to bribe the judges to turn the decision of the dance competition in her favour. Chahat then hears a girl cry. She goes to her and find out that it was Ananya, another girl from the dance competition. She was crying because she did not get selected for the finals and Dua got selected even though Ananya danced better than Dua. She said that she derserved to be in the finals and not Dua. Chahat finally understands everything and goes towards the stage. Alaknanda and Dua are about to be honoured when Chahat interrupts. She goes forward with Neel and tells everyone that Dua should not be in the finals as Ananya danced better than her and she deserves to be in the finals. Dua then said that Chahat is willingly not wanting to let Dua take part in the finals as she is jealous of Alaknanda. Chahat did not explain everything to Dua and asked Alaknanda to have a talk with her when they reach home. She even declared there that Alaknanda is not the mother of Dua, but she is.
Some people in the audience also said that Ananya should be given a chance as she danced better than her. While all this was going on, then Ghazala enters and she says that even though Alaknanda is not Dua’s mother, Dua should get a second chance to perform in the finals. Neel and Chahat oppose this and say that she will not participate. Ghazala then asks them and the main judge to accompany her to Aalek, who too was one of the main members of the panel. All of them reach his office.
The Main judge explains everything to him and asks whether Dua should be given a chance or not. After a lot of discussion, is was decided by Aalek that Dua should get a second chance, to which Neel opposes. He says that he is her father and he decides for her to not take part in the finals. Dua starts crying and requests Neel to let her participate in the finals and also said that she can stand first on the stage.
After a lot of requests, Neel agrees to let her participate. Dua and Ananya have a face off where both the girls danced really well but Dua won the final as Ananya fell down dancing at the end. The judges awarded Dua with the first prize. Every member of the family present there was cheering and was happy for Dua. Dua then requested her parents to join her on Stage. Neel and Chahat reach the stage with their happy tears. Dua says that she doesn’t want to hug Chahat and wants to hug Alaknanda as she is her mother. She runs towards Alaknanda and tells her that she won the first prize in the dance competition.
