Chahat expects Neel to turn around and look at her and he does so which makes her happy. Canteen’s manager comes and asks for Neel and sees Chahat. He gives Neel’s this week salary to her and she says that she will give it to him. Neel does cleaning at home while Mami and Vyas ji mock him saying that he is cleaning the house and Chahat is enjoying in the hospital.
That moment Chahat comes back so Mami taunts her that she has come back at the moment when whole house has been cleaned but Chahat tells that the yard is left and she will clean it. Chahat gives Neel his salary so Aalekh mocks her that she is no one to give Neel money being a lady.
Neel doesn’t accept the money, though Chahat tells him the truth. He goes away while Vyas ji says to Chahat that she has to suffer the pain of marrying Neel now. That moment Ghazala arrives with a worker of hers who is coughing badly. Chahat asks him how long has he been vomiting blood so he tells that he ate breakfast at hospital canteen an hour ago and since then it has started.
He tells that a waiter fought with him and he must have mixed poison in his food. He sees Neel and says that he is the one who fought with him. Neel is enraged to see the man but Ghazala says that he must have spiked his food as he works for her party.
Ghazala criticizes Vyas ji to trying to murder her party workers for taking revenge. Chahat stops Ghazala from giving all problems a religious angle. She asks the manager to take the man to hospital but Ghazala stops her and says that she can’t trust her as she might kill the guy instead of treating him.
Chahat tells Ghazala that she has not become a doctor for killing people. Ghazala says that she should give justice to this man by taking away Neel’s job. She asks Chahat to tell Neel the same but Chahat hesitates. Neel says to her that if she loves him she needs to stand with him and trust him.
The manager also says that Neel doesn’t do any work and just clicks his pictures so he should be kicked out. Chahat gets enraged and brings her phone. She sees a video and then slaps the intoxicated man, she shows Ghazala the video in which it is visible that the man had put poison in his own food. She lashes out at Ghazala for trying to spoil their life using her power. She warns Ghazala to leave else face the consequences. Vyas ji then tells Ghazala that as she is the trustee of the hospital so Neel won’t be working there now onwards. Neel tries to resist but Vyas ji makes Aalekh write a resignation letter of Neel and gives it to Ghazala.
Chahat is worried seeing Neel gets pissed between two families. She tries to cheer up his mood by talking about her bad food but he doesn’t reply. She decides to irritate him to make him talk to her and starts doing so. Neel gets irritated and pulls her close and wipes the lipstick that is spread out. She asks him if he doesn’t care for her but he gets frustrated and says that no one is giving him job due to Ghazala and he is not able to earn for Vyas ji. He goes out but Chahat decides to help him get a job which makes Vyas ji proud of him.
Next morning Chahat prays for Neel to get a job while Neel wakes up and is about to leave for job but Mami reminds him that he has left the job. She tries to brainwash him saying that good wives don’t let their husbands sit at home and go for work themselves. Chahat comes and says that she doesn’t need to prove herself and even Neel is not jobless. She says that he has got work, that moment a couple arrive with their family. They tell that they had some work with Vyas ji but he is sick, that moment Aalekh comes and interferes and he takes them in without listening to Chahat. She gets troubled that now she won’t be able to help Neel.
The couple tells Vyas ji that they wanted to do the ritual through hands of Neel so he comes and tells that he is Neel. They say that they are ready to give 2 lakhs so Neel decides to do this for collecting money for Vyas ji. Chahat is happy to hear this and hopes that Vyas ji feels proud of Neel today keeping side all his anger. Neel performs the ritual and Vyas ji gets happy and emotional seeing this. The episode ends.
