The episode starts with Vardhan asks Ishani to decide for herself what she wants to do? She wants to teach Sid a perfect lesson or she wants to see history to get repeat again in front of her eyes. He left saying that he will meet her at 2 pm.
Here Sid is treating patients and asks Neeti to give them medicines as per his words. His neighbor told him he has become a big doctor but still, he is not yet done with his nature of pulling people legs. Neeti asks him to leave for Sanjeevani as he will be late but he said there are doctors to fill the gap. He then playfully says yes they are useless but they can manage but my village has one doctor and that is me. Sid will be in his house because he’s suspended from the hospital. He is treating them when a resident of that area called Alka comes there with her kid and says I was about to feed her but neither she responded nor she is inhaling. Sid treats her with his equipment and slowly she starts to breathe. He tells her that your daughter is fine and he will give some medicine for her. Neeti says you are right only you are there for these people.
In the hospital, Mr.Vardhan meets Dr. Anjali and asks about the reason she is standing in the nurse’s station. Anjali says every time someone else is eating the fruits of my hard work. Vardhan says I know it hurts, Anjali looks at him sternly. Hi offers black coffee and says it will lift up your mood. Anjali asks him why he is in a very good mood? Vardhan says patience always rewarded in something good. He asks doctor Anjali to head and operate the luxury word of Sanjeevani. Anjali shows him a mug written surgery in Chief after her name when he asks her to keep it safe and use it later. Anjali asks in return of which favor he is giving her this? Vardhan says I feel you are the most deserving one for the post that’s why.
Dr Ishani comes to Dr. Shashank’s cabin and they both are discussing the matters when Shashank asks Ishani is she taking right calls? On the other side, Guddu mama got introduced who’s a mentally challenged person tries to burn himself to show the kids of the colony magic he witnessed on television. A person from the colony went to call Sid and he rushes to his rescue. He will arrive at the spot and save him by treating him well with his presence of mind. Here Shashank tells Ishani a doctor like Sid if remain jobless and it’s a loss for humanity. He tells Ishani he is sure she will never ever do anything without thinking.
Sid tells his mother about the condition of him and his job in the hospital. He tells her that she recorded a video of me and mailed it to Vardhan sir. Now I am thinking to resign myself before they fire me. His mother asks not to let go off Sanjeevani but he says I don’t have any other choice and gets a call from Sanjeevani for a board meeting. Ishani here gets in a dilemma about Sid and her actions and rethink about the events.
Precap – Vardhan arranged a board meeting where everyone present including Sid and Ishani. Vardhan asks Ishani to take the lead in the meeting. Sid and Ishani share an eye lock with each other.
