The episode starts with Ishaani dancing happily with everyone. She’s enjoying a lot and everyone cheers for her. She hugs Sid while dancing.
Aasha asks Sid if he likes Ishaani and he looks lovingly at Ishaani. A girl gets admitted in the hospital and she asks her mother about her father. Her mother denies answering her and Sid sees it. He remembers of the same from his childhood.
Dr. Ishaani says that the girl is his case but Dr. Sid asks her to transfer it to Dr. Rishab. Ishaani tries convincing Sid and on their way, they hear nurses discussing luxury ward. Both Sid and Ishaani rushes to Dr. Shashank to discuss the same. They deny believing that Sanjivani is under crisis. Dr. Shashank says he’s helpless in this situation but Sid firmly believes that Vardhan has forged the results and decides to find it somehow.
Sid asks Ishaani to flirt with the accountant and Ishaani denies. He somehow convinces her and she leaves for the act. She flirts so bad but still manages to take him away. Sid enters the room and gets the original reports from the computer… Vardhan is convincing Dr. Shashank for luxury ward when Sid arrives with the reports he found. It’s seen that Vardhan aware of Sid interference forged the original reports too. Vardhan says that now that Sid also gives the same result he as Dr. Shashank to take a decision within 24 hours. He says he has only one investor in hand and he gave only 24 hours time limit. Juhi asks Shashank about his decision but Shashank says that he needs time.
Sid finds Neil once again suffering from nausea and Sid encourages him to put his duty first over nausea. Dr. Rishab hears him and taunts him for not doing his duty and advising others. He mocks him for an illegitimate child and transfers the illegitimate child case to him. Sid warns him and Dr. Rishab gives back the case to him and leaves.
Shashank sees Anjali performing delivery and they both have a light-hearted moment. They discuss Anjali and Shashank expresses his admiration for her. Juhi asks him about his decision and Shashank asks her opinion. She asks him to not sell his shares else Vardhan will make this into a business place.
Dr. Ishaani explains about the girl Riya having a serious disease and have chances of dying due to organ failure. They need to immediately remove all the blood from her body and transplant it with new blood. Ishaani says that she has done the DNA test of her mom but her mom fails to reveal about her father. Sid gets the furious hearing it and asks if her mother doesn’t care about her child’s life and leaves. Ishaani wonders about Sid’s behavior and finds it weird.
Precap: Riya’s mother says that she doesn’t want Riya to know about her father and Sid gets reminded of it childhood. Ishaani asks if Sid sees himself in the child but Sid denies it. He breaks the car windows. Ishaani finds Sid crying
