The episode starts with Sid coming towards a crying Aasha and asks what happened. Aasha hugs him and cries. Ishaani says that it’s her mistake as she misunderstood things. She leaves apologizing. Sid asks Aasha what happened. She says nothing but her bad luck is taking away even her closed ones.
A patient utsav who’s newly married is speaking with his wife shruti when Ishaani comes there. She calls shruti aside and says something shocking shruti. Utsav asks what happened and Ishaani says that his leg tissue is infected and his leg needs to be amputed shocking utsav. He panics and Ishaani asks him not to. Shruti says that utsav is a football player and he can’t afford to lose his leg. She says that there are chances and they can still save him without amputing. Rishab comes there and says that it’s not true and they need to amputed his leg.
Ishaani tries convincing Rishab that it’s not needed but he turned deaf ears. Aasha asks Ishaani to let Rishab do what he wants as he knows well. Ishaani says that if it was Sid but stops immediately. Aasha too agrees that Sid can help in it but Ishaani decides to not involve Sid and runs after Rishab to convince him. Ishaani says Rishab that they could try doing surgery in the affected part but Rishab shouts at her that he’s the senior doctor and knows what to do. Ishaani decides to talk with Shashank and leaves to his cabin only to know that he has surgeries assigned the whole day. She says Vardhan about the patient and wants to take a second opinion from Dr Shashank. Vardhan supports Rishab and says that he knows well ro handle such cases and asks her to stay away.
Sid is sitting bored in his cabin as no cases were assigned for him. He remembers the time when he was busy without even having food. Aasha comes there and says about the football player who’s life is at stake. She smirks seeing her plan working. Sid visits the patient and Aasha emotionally manipulates Si by saying the goodness of the patient. She instigates Sid against Rishab and Ishaani and calls them careless.

Sid goes to Ishaani and says that he will take up the case. Ishaani us against it and warns him not to. Sid argues with her saying that it’s a matter of someone’s life. Ishaani says that it’s also a matter of his career and asks him not to take any risk else Vardhan may fire him. Sid finally convinces Ishaani and asks her to support him.
Ishaani takes utsav to surgery and Sid follows her. Aasha and Vardhan sees it and plans to catch him red handed to ruin his career. In the ot Ishaani asks him to think once again but Sid is sure. He’s about to place the scissor when he gets reminded of Vardhan words. Vardhan is coming towards the surgery room to catch Sid.
Precap : Ishaani says Rahil that only three people know about the surgery that is her, Sid and Aasha. Ishaani decides to talk to Sid about Aasha but Aasha comes there.
