The episode begins with Nandhini asking Akhila about the whereabouts of Vanaja. She tells Vanaja is in jail. She is acussed of mixing slow poison in her tonic and trying to kill her. Purushotaman and Adhi have gave the complaint against Vanaja. She says treachery exists inside her family and laughs. Akhila throws the phone in anger and calls everyone to her room.
Purushotaman, Aishwarya and Adhi come to Akhila’s room. Akhila asks where Vanaja is. Purushotaman lies she has gone to temple. Akhila stops him showing her hand. She says she knows Vanaja is in jail. She says he has told her everything starting from Adhi had called him and questions why he hasn’t told her about Vanaja. She says Nandhini has called her and has spoke ill of their family. Purushotaman says he can’t forgive Vanaja for poisoning her tonic.
Akhila questions if he has any proof against Vanaja. Purushotaman says he has and Adhi has found it out. He further adds that time they only have thought about her. if he hadn’t give the complaint, Adhi would have become a murderer. Akhila questions what he is talking about. Purushotaman narrates everything that happened in the hospital to Akhila. The latter says to leave her alone. She meditates over what Purushotaman has told her.
The Board members meet Akhila and tell the business is affected by Akhila being hospitalized and Vanaja being in jail. Her business competitors are spreading rumors about her in the media. Akhila says she understands their fear. She will conduct a press meeting and clear everything.
Parvathi calls Aishwarya to know how Akhila is. Parvathi says she feels sad that she couldn’t be there and take care of Akhila. Aishwarya says not to worry. She is praying to God that they all should live happily. She informs Akhila has got to know about Vanaja. Nandhini has called Akhila has told her. Parvathi says Nandhini has some plan. Aishwarya also agrees. Parvathi is certain that Nandhini can never win against Akhila.
Parvathi asks how Akhila has reacted knowing the truth. Aishwarya says she was angry. She further tells about Board members meeting Akhila and telling the business is affected by Vanaja being in jail. Akhila has arranged for press meeting. Aishwarya worries that Akhila shouldn’t say anything in favor of Vanaja in the press meeting as it may widen the problem between Adhi and Akhila.\
Parvathi questions how. Aishwarya if Akhila bails Vanaja out of jail, Adhi’s effort will go in vain. She worries it may increase the distance between Adhi and Akhila. The latter has never sacrificed her reputation. She has to choose between Adhi and her reputation now.
Nandhini meets a press reporter, who will attend Akhila’s press meet. She asks to asks such questions which will her Akhila’s ego and make her tell that Vanaja is right and Adhi is wrong. She gives him money.
Nandhini meets Vanaja jail. She says she has called Akhila and has told her Vanaja is in jail. Vanaja isn’t happy. Nandhini says everyone has hid the truth from Vanaja.
She has one more motive, she wants to wide the differences between Akhila and Adhi. She says Adhi didn’t meet Akhila in hospital. Vanaja gets happy thinking Adhi is angry with his mom. Nandhini tells she has arranged a media person and has told him to ask questions which will hurt Akhila’s reputation and will force her to say that Adhi is wrong and Vanaja is right. Vanaja says she is worried that Adhi and Parvathi would’ve united, but with her plan it’s impossible. Nandhini says Akhila will come to bail her after the press meet.
