Episode starts with Preeti receiving Kusum’s video call happily wiping her tears while Kusum taunts her for being cunning and curses her that she will always have to suffer. She looses her senses and starts shouting at Preeti while KT tries to snatch the phone from her and Juhi tries to stop her. KT shouts at her being furious and says what is she doing?
He reminds her about Preeti’s nature that she can’t even think of doing bad to anyone but Kusum says that she won’t ever forgive Preeti as she have hurted her daughter. Preeti keeps crying hearing their conversation while KT tries to make Kusum understand but she signs him to leave. He left from there seeing Kusum’s stubbornness.
As KT reaches his house Neel comes to him with worried looks. He states that Preeti isn’t at home and he is scared for her, To which KT remembers Preeti’s statement that she goes to orphanage whenever she is sad and calms Neel saying she must have went to orphanage. At that time Preeti comes there and heard their conversation.
Preeti sits in the lawn and remembers how KT tries to reconcile Kusum and her. She remembers Kusum’s hurtful words and how KT took stand for Preeti in front of her. KT comes there while Preeti ask that why does he cares for her when he doesn’t love her? To which KT says that she is the most important person in his life and he feels pain seeing her sad. Preeti goes near him shouting that he can do anything for her just can’t love her!
She states that there must be problem in her as he does not find her fit for himself? To which he replies that she is most beautiful women and he always gets lost in her but there is fault in his heart as it got jammed after Nandini’s betrayal. He tries to portray his inner struggle that he really wants to love her but just can’t. Preeti hugs him seeing his effort and assures her “Hamari Adhuri Kahanai plays” while he holds her hands and gets inside.
KT and Preeti comes inside and switches on the light while Neel without noticing them ask to switch it off. He struggle to remove his engagement ring when KT ask what is he doing? He realise about their presence and gets up saying that his ring is bit tight. He goes from there making an excuse while Preeti says that she can feel that he is in pain, KT looks at her.
KT and Preeti gets ready to go to sleep. KT insists Preeti to sleep on bed while she denies saying her place is in sofa only. “Ik Tara sad version plays” KT switches off the light and both sleeps.
In the morning Sneha advices Neelima about the theme of Neel’s marriage when Preeti and KT comes there. Neelima told Preeti about Neel’s marriage in 2 days which shocks KT and Preeti. KT says that how can they manage everything in such a short period of time? To which Neelima tells that priest have said that they won’t have any auspicious date after this so that is why they have to manage. Shivraj and Sushant assures that they will invite their relatives and will arrange the wedding while Neelima nods. Preeti gets suspicious on Neelima.
Later on KT gets stunned seeing the newspaper where Kusum have given article to sale her house and shows it to Preeti. She says that Kusum is not in her senses and will only get convinced when Neel will confess the truth in front of her. She gets determined to make Kusum understand.
Precap:- Preeti confronts KT reminding him about his words that a marriage does not last without love. She demands for divorce from him while he gets shocked.
