Episode starts with Rohan telling everyone in the family that Heer is alive. Raavi and Mahi get shocked. Rohan says sorry I couldn’t help it so I told them. He tells Preeto doesn’t want to take her to home despite of knowing the fact that Virat’s family will use her only Mahi says why did Preeto hide such a big thing?
Sindu does aarti of matarani. She says may Heer stays happy wherever she is. Rohan says we’ll take her to home. She will stay with us. Doorbell rings and Rohan opens the door. Everyone gets surprised seeing Heer with Kuhu. Heer gets emotional. He hugs her. Mahi comes with aarti thali and hugs Heer. Heer wipes her tears. Heer enters and recalls all her childhood memories. Raavi Sindu give her a hug.
Rohan says I told you Heer will come back to us. Heer says sorry to Preeto as she left her that day to see Virat. Preeto says she can understand, if she was in her place she would have done the same. Heer says now she will cure Virat anyhow. Harak asks Virat saw her then how is he not fine? Heer says Virat is not recognizing her. He is stuck in the past incident. Heer then gives Kuhu to Preeto and says can she take care of her for some time as she will be with Virat. She tells about Minaxi as well. Rohan tells Heer after gets alright will his family accept her? Whats the guarantee that they will not trouble Heer? Heer says she wants to talk to Preeto.
Preeto says Heer should not mind because of Rohan. Heer says I have good news for you. She tells about Akshay’s suggestion that after the surgery she can live a normal life like a woman. Now she doesn’t want to leave Virat. Preeto gets happy and hugs Heer. She tells if it is possible then go for it. Everything will be fine. Heer says I want to do this for Virat. He accepted me the way I am. So I want to make him happy. I don’t care if I have risk my life during surgery. Preeto says nothing will happen. You’ll be absolutely fine. She says she will take care of Kuhu. Heer leaves.
Heer sees smoke everywhere while entering Virat’s house. She notices Parmeet is lying unconscious. She gets shocked and then she sees Isha is lying too. Virat comes with a knife and he was about to attack Heer but then he loses his balance. Heer turns back and gets shocked seeing Virat holding a knife. Virat says you killed my Heer. Now you will die. He attacks her with the knife and Heer saves herself. Isha observes them and smirks. She thinks now Heer will die for sure.
Isha recalls how she hit Parmeet with a stick and she got unconscious. That time Parmeet was cooking. Isha then added lots of ghee in the pan which created smoke. She says I had to do it as Parmeet was not showing interest to bring Isha and Virat together. So, if Heer becomes woman then she can never get Virat. She smiles.
