Episode starts with Isha saying Virat’s body is not responding to any medicine. He is still living in his past. He couldn’t get out of the trauma. Virat screms continuously. Isha says we’ll give him shock therapy so that he forgets all the memories related to Heer. Virat says leave me.
Heer sees Virat’s photo and kisses it. She says Biji trusts her so much. She can’t hide the truth from her. She can’t cheat her like this. She decides to go to Biji to tell the truth. But Kuhu grabs Heer’s dupatta and starts crying. Heer takes Kuhu in her arms and asks why did she stop her? Heer recalls Kuhu’s mother’s words when she told that Kuhu will lose her mother so Heer will never leave her. Heer promised her she’ll never leave Kuhu. She says she won’t leave her at any cost.
Doctors give electric shock to Virat. He gets restless and keeps moving. Virat’s condition gets worse. Heer suddenly feels Virat is not alright. She gets afraid and thinks that why is she getting weird feeling when she herself saw Virat is living happily with Isha. She prays for Virat’s well being. She recalls one college day incident when Virat gets injured and Heer runs towards him. Virat asks how does she know that he got hurt. Heer says I can feel your pain. I can sense it. We are connected to each other.
Heer thinks she is overthinking. Isha is with Virat. She is taking care of him. Virat gets unconscious. He murmurs Heer’s name. Parmeet cries seeing Virat suffering like that.
Jagjit sees Archana checking Heer’s pictures. He asks why is she suddenly interested about Heer? Archana reveals her plan saying something is fishy in Heer’s past which she is hiding. How can she remember a kinnar’s song so well. Archana says she will show Heer’s photo to kinnar communities. Some clue they will get about Heer. If someone knows her. Jagjit praises Archana’s intelligence. Akshay overhears their conversation
Heer makes hotchpotch for Kuhu and Akshay comes to her. Heer says what does he want to say? Akshay says our understanding got better with days. You can share your past with me? Heer gives him one cup extra coffee and avoids the topic. Akshay says Archana wants to collect information about your past. They will get to know about you. Heer says let them go. They will not find anything. She leaves but hides her tension.
Parmeet asks Isha will Virat be alright ever? Isha says Virat doesn’t want to be alright. He only wants Heer. Isha says i love Virat but if i find Heer i will plead in front of her so that she comes back to Virat. Heer can only save him. Parmeet Sant get shocked.
Heer talks to Kuhu. She says if Archana gets to know the truth she will tell this to Biji. Heer doesnt find any solution. She asks Kuhu about it. Kuhu kicks Heer and Heer suddenly gets an idea and thanks Kuhu.
